Progress after 3months: 1st race of the season (Olympic)
Swim: After a chaotic start & 38mins later (my fastest open-water swim) I was on my bike. Which was a breeze. I started the run and was surprised to see that I finished my first mile at 7.30min. Your words "focus on good running form, engage the core, lean forward, land on the ball of the feet" became a mantra. And just like that I had my first sub-3 by a good 7minutes.

Yesterday I did the 1/2 IM Liuzhou and came second in my age group (65-69) in a great time(for me) of 5.39. I missed a Kona spot by 7 minutes but got the spot of 1/2 Nice world championships in September. I am thrilled!!!
Anyway, you deserve a lot of the credit for a training plan that got me to Nice and Kona isn’t dead yet so THANK YOU.
Completed the FULL DISTANCE training camp last weekend in Youghal with Steve and would highly recommend! Great info and course specific knowledge learned during the camp. If thinking of doing an FULL DISTANCE would recommend Steve’s training camp. Thanks again see you in August! Dave
I completed the Dublin Marathon based off your training plan from June.
My first marathon ( done a couple of halves before) and first time trying running in HR zones rather than just run as fast as you can.

I'm writing this review in the middle of a HALF DISTANCE training plan. But I've feel so supported by the coach that I already bought the FULL DISTANCE Training Plan. In 3 months I'm back in a very good shape and eager to get racing.
The main thing about getting an online training plan is the feeling you're getting a plan from a machine, this is the complete oposite with the coach helping me every step of the way! A excelent plan from a very nice human being !

I have been working away using your base builder for the HALF DISTANCE and have really enjoyed it. It makes life so simple when I just press a button and go. Love not having to think what sport I need to do and what do I need to do while doing it.

I felt your coaching skills combined with your knowledge of when to push and when to accept my excuses (!) was such a help to me. Our partnership was key in getting me across the finish line in the race with a PB too…. I definitely did more brick sessions than in previous years and that stood to me on race day
I had been trying to beat my 5km Personal Best for a couple of years when I was recommended to contact Coach Steve about a training plan. I signed up for a 12 week plan and 4 weeks in I’ve already broken my PB. I’m excited now to see just how far I can go over the next 8 weeks.
