Fair play to Steven .. by consistently slowing me down he managed to speed me up !
16 months into training for ultra events and FULL DISTANCE ( rescheduled) and Steven has shown he can
mange the various aspects to allow me to increase training volume without ill effects ….
All we need now is a money back guarantee for non podium finish !
Thank you for the training plan and your helpful tips and advice throughout, it all paid off and this was my first ever attempt at a full-distance tri in FULL DISTANCE Couer d’Alene in Idaho.
Recently used your intermediate 16 week Olympic plan and managed not only managed to PB my local race in Connecticut but also got an AG podium. Felt I really came on leaps and bounds in my bike so thank you very much Coach Steve!
If you are starting out in the game of endurance events or are looking to up your game Steven is the coach for you. He has a simple, common sense approach based on his own career of highs and lows. He is a curious coach and extensively researches his coaching practice so the client gets a great experience.
Had a great time at my Guelph Lake Sprint, it was helped that the odd distances off 750/30/7 really suits my strengths and weaknesses 😉 Was able to snag my first AG win! Looking forward to my A race coming up though!
Thank you Coach Steve everything went well on our first time Olympic triathlon your program worked very well will definitely be looking to you in the future
Steve is an experienced coach. He has a thorough understanding of training peaks and how to interpret the data so if you are using TP then Steve can help you to leverage the information to provide more insights. I used Steve's plan for my 1st HALF DISTANCE and finished it injury free in the time as trained and planned.
After following Steve’s Olympic Distance training programs for a year, I was able to shave 18 minutes off my previous time!! Stoked by the results knowing I’ve still got a lot to improve on and am back on the program to have another PB next time around.
Signed up for my first IM which was due to take place in August 2021. Although the race itself was canceled, some friends and I decided to do the IM distances ourselves in June. Admittedly I cut the training short by 2 months but with that said I was still more then prepared and breezed through the swim, bike and run. I can't say enough good things about the program and when it comes Coach Steve himself, he is always on hand with speedy email responses and a wealth of knowledge!
I follow my program loosely due to training schedule including club rides runs and swimming lessons.
Although i follow it loosely it still benefits me massively as it makes me accountable, as i can roughly plan my weeks using a combination of the TP calendar, Coach Steves Plan and training with friends, and it prevents me from overtraining looking.
When i follow the coached running sessions on my garmin they are great
Coach Steves correspondence and videos also are a valuable resource
Finishing up on your Inter IM Base plan and feeling great – FTP up, CSS down and avg LTHR for the run down!
Onto the full 36 week plan for Cork now!
I just PR’d FULL DISTANCE Florida, thanks to your plan. Whats the best way to show some love to y’all?!
