Used and loved Coach Steve’s HALF DISTANCE plan – as not only got me fit and strong but got me that elusive PB … not bad for a guy nearly hitting 50! Age is just a number! Thanks CS
I would like to say thank you again for your support. I finished my #7 FULL DISTANCE in personal best 10:05h. The bike course was 5km longer and the transition area was super long. So I believe i would have been sub 10 🙂 I’m very happy with my performance/results.
I wanted to say thanks!, simply Thanks! and thank you a lot. I followed mostly the 20 weeks plan for Training for my HALF DISTANCE and beat 3 out of my 4 goals.
1. finish under 6 hours – done
2. finish my 13.1 under 2h30 mins – done
3. be in aero for the most part of the bike – done
4. swim under 30 mins – not done but very very close!
I liked everything that you put in the program and although sometimes I was tired, life got in the way, or had other commitments, it was by all means v

Plans are detailed and easy to follow and Coach Steve´s support is exceptional. Could definitely see and feel improvement even halfway through the program.
I am in the build phase of my second triathlon training with your 12 week intermediate level Oly plan and it has been going swimmingly (as well as bikingly and runningly). My hat’s off to you!
just thought I’d drop you a message. I’m just over 2 weeks into my plan and really enjoying it. The odd day changed due to cold but managed the rest. PB, 3rd lady, and 1st in my age group at the weekend park run, so all looking great

Steve was very knowledgeable and kept things interesting. The program helped me to get a better understanding of my zones for training and I enjoyed being able to get advice on upcoming events.
A wonderful training plan that fits in with my busy work lifestyle. The sessions are well prepared and well thought of with many little bits of advice along the way. The guidance will get you through to race day leaving you with much confidence, meaning you only need to remember to bring your kit! The author is very approachable and helped me pick out the right plan for me and went out of his way in doing so. I am very appreciative of that and would certainly recommend Steve to everyone.
