Great plan! Gives you also excellent base fitness to participate half marathons and sub 5 hr cycling events.
Plans are detailed and easy to follow and Coach Steve´s support is exceptional. Could definitely see and feel improvement even halfway through the program.

I felt your coaching skills combined with your knowledge of when to push and when to accept my excuses (!) was such a help to me. Having reached a plateau, it niggled that I hadn’t reached my full potential but felt it a bit pretentious engaging a coach as a middle-aged back of pack female. At initial meeting, Steve seemed just as interested in helping me reach my goals as somebody trying to get to Kona. Rapid feedback after each session means that I have had almost 100% consistency in training & the constant cycle of session & feedback has ingrained good habits. To my delight, mid-50s, I’m now stronger, fitter & faster
Coach Steve and his Olympic plan are awesome!!! I improved by almost 20 percent from my last race, which was only 6 months ago. I rode the bike leg faster than I've ever ridden a bicycle, and my swim was the strongest ever. I emailed Coach multiple times during the program and he was superbly responsive. This race was such a phenomenal experience and Coach Steve and his program aided immensely in that. I would recommend his programs to any triathletes of all levels without hesitation.
With all kind wishes and support of crossed another milestone on 8th Oct 23. Completed my first FULL DISTANCE Goa HALF DISTANCE in 7:14:23 hrs. The weather was so brutal that out of 787 starters, only 517 crossed the finish line i.e. 34% DNF. Thanks a lot, Steven sir, on the hardest climb on the bike and 36’c run your words were in my mind – Believe your Training. Next target FULL DISTANCE Kazak.
This is my first time using a Coach’s training plan, the plan is easy to understand and structured which helps a lot for my novice brain. Really enjoying it so far and quite surprised at how responsive Steve is to queries and resolving any issues. I have a feeling I will be coming back to Steve after my first HALF DISTANCE to work on my next one
When you finish your first FULL DISTANCE running and energized like this, I call it a success! I reached out to Coach 5 months ago asking whether I can pull it off after a 10 month hiatus from training and very little time available. Guess what, he had already a plan for this! It was deeply meaningful to me to finish an IM and a great feeling to do it not only with no pain whatsoever, but.

Awesome plan, really seeing the gains as I go into the build phase of the plan, Steve responds quickly to emails while also providing interesting information along the way, will buy from Steve again 5 stars from me.
