I would like to say thank you again for your support. I finished my #7 Ironman in personal best 10:05h. The bike course was 5km longer and the transition area was super long. So I believe i would have been sub 10 š Iām very happy with my performance/results.
Finishing up on your Inter IM Base plan and feeling great – FTP up, CSS down and avg LTHR for the run down!

Coach Steve is not for everyone! Heās not for you if you you need a pep talk every 5 mins!
He IS for you if you want detailed feedback, advice based on data, the facts! He is highly motivated and efficient, but he is also a sound listening board and a great mentor. What I found great is that heās not afraid to stop the plan tailor the changes specifically for you!
Trust in the plan and the performance will follow! Everyone needs a āCoach Steveā!
This plan is exactly what I needed! I started from nothing at age 57 and I finished a half Ironman 6 months later in 6.5 hours. I am so proud of myself. Coach Steve helped through all along the way by responding to every little email question I had. When I came to the start line I felt so well prepared thanks to Coach Steveās training plan!
I have known Steven for a number of years and have been deeply impressed by his enthusiasm and effective efforts to promote the appreciation and understanding of the sport of Triathlon. Combined with his own experiences, interest in technology and new up to date training techniques & ideas, I decided to engage with Steven as my coach 2 years ago. Can't get my shit together can't get motivated or maybe I should say can't get motivated without a kick in the arse from coach Moody who never gives up on me.
Coach Moody adjusts and readjusts my programme to where my head is at while all the time giving me a reason to stay with it when I want to just Jack it all in .
I would most certainly be in a worse head space without coach sticking it out with me .

I just finished my Half IronmanāGulf Coast 70.3 and I felt amazing! Thanks for all your help along the way. I got carried away and crushed the bike so my run suffered but I in the end I'm so pleased that I finished HAPPY AND HEALTHY!
Coach Steve and his Olympic plan are awesome!!! I improved by almost 20 percent from my last race, which was only 6 months ago. I rode the bike leg faster than I've ever ridden a bicycle, and my swim was the strongest ever. I emailed Coach multiple times during the program and he was superbly responsive. This race was such a phenomenal experience and Coach Steve and his program aided immensely in that. I would recommend his programs to any triathletes of all levels without hesitation.
Steve is a great coach and a great guy. I was coached for my first full distance race with him in Barcelona. A real coach that cares for his athletes. When I do another full distance race Steve will be my first port of call.

Two weeks ago, half marathon in less than 2h and last week-end, this beautiful race IronMaori (quarter) in 2h42 swim 1km 18min bike 45km 1h32 run 10km 47m. Unexpected!
Training is hard but good. My body changed a lot! Skinner than usual but I feel a big change in my mobility and stamina.
So thank you so much again. You made miracles even if I know that the most difficult part is not happened yet.
