Second time I have used the plan [Intermediate 70.3 12 week plan] and I really like the workout descriptions and guidance
I found Coach Steveβs training programme very useful and highly effective to reach and go further than what my goals were. The programme is easy to follow and having the the ability to converse with Steve on matters to do with training is a huge benefit. Can highly recommend Steve and his expertise!
Breast /lung Cancer from 2018 to 2020 chemo/radation 5 surgeries, COVID 3weeks before cork,3 kids working full time ,on the bucket list half ironman, everyone thought I was nuts, Steve didn't he believed in me and made me believe in myself, while it didn't work out on the day and I missed cut off for bike , I got thick and did my own 21 k ,just didn't cross that line , Steve has given me my confidence back, I can't recommend him enough, cork 70.3 2023, πͺπͺπͺπͺ

I would like to say thank you again for your support. I finished my #7 Ironman in personal best 10:05h. The bike course was 5km longer and the transition area was super long. So I believe i would have been sub 10 π Iβm very happy with my performance/results.

I have seen many different types of leaders in my day β be that soldiers on the front line when I was serving with the United Nations Peacekeeping forces or business owners pulling their people through our recent economic turmoil β some bluff there way and some even falter but then there are those like Steve who just have it, who walk the talk and lead by example. His hard work and dedication forces you to raise your standards and when you are too tired to see this, he inspires you directly with daily and positive encouragement to stay the course and keep on keeping on. He reminds you of that ever so important WHY!! The WHY that gets you out of the bed at 5am to bike in the rain for endless hours. See, he to has that WHY and thats what drives his dedication, to better his craft, to learn more so he can do more and most importantly, give more.
When I first met Steve β yes, I could technically swim and yes, I owned a bike but I had NO business asking someone to get me injury free to the start and finish line of Ironman Barcelona β and in just four months!!
I bought your Olympic program and completed my Olympic yesterday, in a PB of minus 14 mins, I felt great and was delighted.
1st in AG at Goulburn Duathlon over the weekend!
Was feeling a little underdone on training due to illness, but had followed Coach Steve's plan as best I could.
Conditions were freezing and windy on the day, but a great feeling of accomplishment post race.
Thank you sooo much for the 70.3 plan!!! It was perfect. I questioned the taper weeks so so little to do but day before race my garmin actually said peaking. I was recovered and fresh. I PR’d my 70.3 on same course I did last year first week of December. Attached is photos from garmin for PR proof:). Thanks again. Love your plans.
I started my first IM training plan with Coach Steve a few weeks ago. He provided helpful advice prior to my decision to sign up. Since then, he has been very responsive and helpful with troubleshooting and sorting our workout plan details. I look forward to continuing my plan under Coach Steve!β
