Steve is a legend!! Received my personalised training plan for my 1st 70.3 and it looks class, he’s blended existing sessions with other coaches. Each session gives pointers and tips for best performance. Feeling very motivated as I start out on my triathlon journey!!

Coach Steve Moody is a great Ironman Triathlon coach on Training Peaks. He is extremely accessible on email when I’m struggling. He takes the time to respond and adjust my workouts. I really appreciate the way he has tailored a training plan, especially for 50+-year-old athletes. Another thing that has helped me is the fact that Coach Steve has written a plan for 48 weeks compared to other plans that are only for 36 weeks or less. His plans use heart rate and power. I like how I can jump on my indoor bike and all I have to do is go to Zwift and Coach Steve’s Training Peaks workouts are automatically there for me! His plans are affordable, reusable, and effective.
I’m actually wrapping up one of your plans right now for a half iron in Waco on Oct 16th. Really enjoy using your plans as they truly help me finish strong and give me great confidence going into race day

Thanks Steven @ SMart Endurance Solutions, this is a great plan well structured and easy to follow. I followed this plan missing the odd session here and there, but with the aid of proper nutrition I got new sprint PB and to make it even better i got a 5km run PB aswell in the same race.
I've been boosting to my friends about this. The Olympic will be my next adventure for a new PB.
After initially signing up for a practical 70.3 plan, I then moved to his coaching. The tailored approach with constant feedback makes the whole process and delivers everything I want from training. You can see the improvements with each block but most importantly training is enjoyable. Coach Steve gets the balance between tough sessions and recovery just right so that training is consistent. Steve’s knowledge on all aspects of each discipline would make me highly recommend his plans & coaching.
Just to say many thanks for the 12 week half IM training plan. I completed Dun Laoghaire in 5:54, albeit with the shorter swim. Delighted.
I bought your Olympic program and completed my Olympic yesterday, in a PB of minus 14 mins, I felt great and was delighted.
Recently used your intermediate 16 week Olympic plan and managed not only managed to PB my local race in Connecticut but also got an AG podium. Felt I really came on leaps and bounds in my bike so thank you very much Coach Steve!
I just finished my Half Ironman—Gulf Coast 70.3 and I felt amazing! Thanks for all your help along the way. I got carried away and crushed the bike so my run suffered but I in the end I'm so pleased that I finished HAPPY AND HEALTHY!
A huge thanks to Coach Steve for his 40 week IM program. The pace of progression was ideal. It really helped to minimise injury and took me to the best shape of my life. Steve's help and enthusiasm when I had questions made me feel like I was always supported. The result was that I felt like I was 'racing' rather than simply dragging myself to the finish. I’ve tried a few different plans in the past & Steve is most def a coach who listens & will be sure to identify what your base, strengths and weaknesses are to come up with a solution that works best for you. Steve is open to adjust the plan & offers advice when life gets in the way. A lot to be said for a SMart plan that works around your life & the goals you’ve set for yourself no matter how challenging they are.
