Hi Coach Steve! I’m loving this plan you have developed. Thank you!
I completed the ironman last Sunday, August 13. My time was 14:18.16.
Thank you for helping me accomplish this goal of mine. Also, through training for this, I learned how much I love cycling and I hope to participate in some cycling races in the near future.
P.S. I really enjoy your youtube videos
I like your training for 50+ people, I feel I am recuperating better, I was doing another training plan but I like this one better. Feeling stronger every day.
Happy new week! I wanted to share I took part in my first Olympic triathlon last week and got 3rd place in my age group. More importantly, is that I felt strong and comfortable during the event which was my goal! The placing was an added bonus
I just bought your training peaks strength training plan. I like how you structure things – this will help me enormously
The PBhitsquad Zooms are great. I will learn a lot over these next few months so thank you very much for that.
Just back from Youghal. What a day and what an experience for my first ever triathlon! Lots of emotions right now that are hard to describe. . Overall I finished in 5hrs 39mins and I’m delighted with that giving family life, job, yada yada, you know…
I just wanted to say your plans were invaluable and so beneficial to making me hit my goal (and smash it). Furthermore, the free content you provide on YouTube was priceless.
Thanks again, coach. Here’s to ‘Sub 5’ next
Delighted with the plan from Steve. Had a few issues I needed to run past him and the feedback was very quick and clear. Would recommend him to anyone.
Plan was comprehensive and ensured that I had the strength and endurance on race day to set a personal best. Thanks Steve!
Coach Steve put together a comprehensive training plan for 70.3 Mallorca. Steve took the time to make sure the plan takes into account Christmas break, my other commitments (college) and B races along the way. I’m really happy with it and started training this week with only 20 weeks to go to the race. Bring it on!!!
The 32-week plan (which I followed to a tee, minus a few swims) was truly phenomenal and was instrumental in helping me reach my goal of a sub-12hr (albeit “unofficial”) Ironman finish… (My friend and I mapped out the Ironman course and did it, along with a few other diehards, on the exact date the race would have taken place). The official entry was rolled into 2021 so I’m gearing up for what I hope will be another PR.
I worked with Steve in achieving my goal of completing a full Ironman. I found Steves Training plan very structured and easy to use but flexible enough to change when needed.
Completed my Ironman and I continue to use Steve’s Training plans to stay fit.
