    In the past 2 weeks I have set PBs for Watts for 30 and 60 min on the bike, I did my fastest ever 30km on the bike last night (beating my old time by a few minutes, even after running 10km in the stinking hot morning), and I actually feel like a somewhat competent swimmer these days! So overall, I am really happy with the workouts and program in general so THANK YOU!

    The combination of this training program and access to coach Steve is invaluable.

    The first time I trained for an Ironman 70.3 I just found a workout on the internet. It worked, but that’s it.

    Being able to bounce questions off of Steve throughout the training has been a major confidence boost for me. I feel like I’m actually doing things the right way now! And it’s more fun to have a friend encouraging you along the way!!

    Coach Steve and his Olympic plan are awesome!!! I improved by almost 20 percent from my last race, which was only 6 months ago. I rode the bike leg faster than I've ever ridden a bicycle, and my swim was the strongest ever. I emailed Coach multiple times during the program and he was superbly responsive. This race was such a phenomenal experience and Coach Steve and his program aided immensely in that. I would recommend his programs to any triathletes of all levels without hesitation.

    Coach Steve’s plan helped me to have a great Oly distance race. While it wasn’t my first tri, my event marked my return to triathlon after a period of time away.     A wonderful training plan that fits in with my busy work lifestyle. The sessions are well prepared and well thought of with many little bits of advice along the way. The guidance will get you through to race day leaving you with much confidence, meaning you only need to remember to bring your kit!     Having reached a plateau, it niggled that I hadn’t reached my full potential but felt it a bit pretentious engaging a coach as a middle-aged back of pack female. At initial meeting, Steve seemed just as interested in helping me reach my goals as somebody trying to get to Kona. Rapid feedback after each session means that I have had almost 100% consistency in training & the constant cycle of session & feedback has ingrained good habits. To my delight, mid-50s, I’m now stronger, fitter & faster
