Coach Steve’s HALF DISTANCE training plan not only got me to the finish line on my first HALF DISTANCE FULL DISTANCE event, but managed to prepare me well enough to beat my expected 6 hours by 22 minutes!
Will most definately stick to SMart Endurance for my next event.
This is my first time using a Coach’s training plan, the plan is easy to understand and structured which helps a lot for my novice brain. Really enjoying it so far and quite surprised at how responsive Steve is to queries and resolving any issues. I have a feeling I will be coming back to Steve after my first HALF DISTANCE to work on my next one
Used the “Marathon Intermediate 12 week plan – 40 – 70 km per week” and it brought me from a 4hr16 marathon to a 3hr25 marathon. Great plan and easy to follow. Volume is sufficient and not too much and therefore I managed to stay injury free.
I participated in the Philadelphia marathon in PA, USA. It was my first marathon and your plan really helped me through it!

Just completed the HALF DISTANCE and FULL DISTANCE Cork training weekend. An excellent course with good information on how an full-distance event works, what to expect on the day and nutritional info. Also guided swim plus guided cycle of the full 90km route and run route. Would definitely recommend for any full-distance newbies or anyone wishing a race reckkie
Incredibly happy with these results. This is probably the first time I’ve ever completed an actual program for a specific event and it was a great experience.
A wonderful training plan that fits in with my busy work lifestyle. The sessions are well prepared and well thought of with many little bits of advice along the way. The guidance will get you through to race day leaving you with much confidence, meaning you only need to remember to bring your kit! The author is very approachable and helped me pick out the right plan for me and went out of his way in doing so. I am very appreciative of that and would certainly recommend Steve to everyone. Can't get my shit together can't get motivated or maybe I should say can't get motivated without a kick in the arse from coach Moody who never gives up on me.
Coach Moody adjusts and readjusts my programme to where my head is at while all the time giving me a reason to stay with it when I want to just Jack it all in .
I would most certainly be in a worse head space without coach sticking it out with me .

I’m writing this review as a 3-day old FULL DISTANCE. And I did it with the help of a “46 weeks Beginner FULL DISTANCE plan”. Before starting the plan I had done sub 4h marathon but I had zero racing or even training experience in swimming and biking. When I was choosing my plan I wrote for several online couches with my questions and I liked Steve’s answers the most. I didn’t regret choosing his plan a single time. Steve answered all the questions that I had during the training, he also adjusted the plan to fit my race day(my race was almost a month earlier than I have planned). The training plan wasn’t easy but what else can you expect when training for FULL DISTANCE? Be prepared that weekends will be tough but they will make YOU tough as well. I was confident before the race that I will finish it. Thank you, Steve, for making my dream come true!
Awesome plan with structured workouts I was able to follow on Zwift. Finished 25 minutes faster than my previous Olympic event and feeling even better. I already purchased the HALF DISTANCE plan form Coach Steve. I will definitely recommend Coach Steve training plans for all distances and athletes level.
Loved this plan. Completed the sprint in the middle of the pack instead of back of the pack which I had done previously. Life changing having these goals in many ways. Steve is a dude and I can see myself doing a lot more of his plans. 🙏🙂
