Just finished FULL DISTANCE Austria with a new personal best. Felt really good during the race and only the hot temperatures of ~35 degrees Celsius stoped me from getting an even better finishing time. The plan was great, with lots of long rides and runs that proved their worth during the race. Very important: i don't have any next day pain after the race (I can even do squats) so the recovery went so well. Highly recommend your plan to anyone. Thanks

I’m a few weeks into your 44-week advanced training program and I’m really enjoying all of the training sessions.
Had to start from scratch in my triathlon career andCS was recommended to me by a friend. He has been awesome from start to finish – "No such thing as a stupid question – unless you ask it too late" to quote the man himself … he is patient, detail-focused and seems to give a shit! I already have completed my first sprint and standard distances and am thinking long next year… all possible due to CS – thank you so much (p.s. I also beat the friend who recommended CS to me – first time ever)
Completed the FULL DISTANCE training camp last weekend in Youghal with Steve and would highly recommend! Great info and course specific knowledge learned during the camp. If thinking of doing an FULL DISTANCE would recommend Steve’s training camp. Thanks again see you in August! Dave
From the first session with your marathon plan, I was absolutely hooked! The way your programming synced to my watch and the explanations of each session really engaged me in my training.
Initially, my goal was simply to finish the marathon. But I had a secret goal towards the end of running it in under 4 hours… I finished my marathon yesterday in 3:57 and I could not be happier. I did it!!!!

I want to say I liked your training schedule and although I didn’t have to consult you much, it is a good feeling you have a backup. Also your emails with advises and your data which you can consult is good.
I just completed my first FULL DISTANCE after buying your training program. I didn’t really hit most of the training on the days but hit what I could week to week. Had a few mechanical issues on the 140.6 so easily could have gone faster but with my minimal training I’m pretty happy with the results and still have lots of room to improve.
Used and loved Coach Steve’s HALF DISTANCE plan – as not only got me fit and strong but got me that elusive PB … not bad for a guy nearly hitting 50! Age is just a number! Thanks CS
I started in September with a training program of 14 weeks with 5 sessions per week. I followed everything as faithfully as possible and learned a lot from it. I already knew that I enjoyed variety, but there were some new training forms in there for me. I also found out that training at a very low heart rate really works.
I crossed the finish line in 2:07:26. Definitely a successful weekend.
