Yesterday I did the 1/2 IM Liuzhou and came second in my age group (65-69) in a great time(for me) of 5.39. I missed a Kona spot by 7 minutes but got the spot of 1/2 Nice world championships in September. I am thrilled!!!
Anyway, you deserve a lot of the credit for a training plan that got me to Nice and Kona isn’t dead yet so THANK YOU.

I’m a normal athlete , 42 yr old , married man and two small kids … basically new into triathlon. But It was my dream to complete an IMHALF DISTANCE , after reading many reviews, decided to purchase a plan with Coach Steven Moody , and what a fantastic experience it has been, the flexible plan and the continuous support made my dream come true … The plan was balanced and accommodating to my schedule with work/family… and I was able to complete my first HALF DISTANCE FULL DISTANCE
I’ve trained and raced alongside Coach Steve for the past two years and he always brings a lighthearted sense of humour to sessions while at the same time being clearly dedicated to improving his own and others performance. His dedication to the sport of triathlon is second to none and since signing up to SMart Endurance Steve has been both helpful and professional and has provided me with a HALF DISTANCE training plan that suits my needs and experience. Looking forward to the next 30 weeks training.
After a few false starts with race postponements and cancellations due to Covid I really felt the benefit of sticking to Coach Steve’s HALF DISTANCE plan as I felt strong and well prepared going into the race. It is a very easy to navigate, varied plan so I didn’t get bored. I could see the progress as I was moving through the base and build phases which also helped with injury prevention. I would highly recommend this and other plans as Steve was available to answer any queries.
Just want to give a big thanks to Steve. Completed the Dublin marathon at the weekend with a 4 minute pb that I’ve been trying to beat for the last 4 years. Followed his 4 month marathon focused triathlon plan. Trust the plan and the results will come.
Steve had been my Coach for the last 3 years in that time he has consistently got me to the start line for both Full IMs and HALF DISTANCE races in the best shape possible,his ability to enable this is perfect, he knows when to push me as well as back off when needed.Steve has been instrumental in improving my swimming and cycling,His daily feedback after every session is 1 of the reasons I choose to retain Steve as my coach.Thanks Steve.

I really liked your trainig plan for my HALF DISTANCE this year. I have the intermediate 30 week plan. The transformation I have done through over the last several months is astounding!
Steve is a great coach, extremely responsive and sets a plan that will work for you! I seen my fitness increase way more during his plan than when I was creating my own. Would highly recommend!
