On week 2 of the training and loving it, definitely feeling an improvement and know that my goal will be reached by the end of the plan. Also had a couple of questions in the beginning like most people do when starting a new plan and my questions were answered instantly which was great
I started this program having never ran over 6 miles, longest bike was 30 miles. And no swimming. I lagged behind on the swim and running. My fault of course. I enjoyed having the structure of the workouts. I emailed the coach a few times and they are fast to answer any questions! The runs and bikes loaded into Garmin watch. Completed my first Olympic Tri. Would recommend these workouts plans.
This program was absolutely crucial to me completing my first HALF DISTANCE. As I did not have a lot of free time to dedicate to it, this plan helped make me feel that I was getting every ounce of performance from the effort I put in. It was also great to have Steven so quick and responsive with any questions about training that I had along the way. Had a wonderful time through it all and can’t wait to train for another with my coach by my side!

I worked with Steve in achieving my goal of completing a full FULL DISTANCE. I found Steves Training plan very structured and easy to use but flexible enough to change when needed.
Completed my FULL DISTANCE and I continue to use Steve’s Training plans to stay fit.
The 32-week plan (which I followed to a tee, minus a few swims) was truly phenomenal and was instrumental in helping me reach my goal of a sub-12hr (albeit “unofficial”) FULL DISTANCE finish… (My friend and I mapped out the FULL DISTANCE course and did it, along with a few other diehards, on the exact date the race would have taken place). The official entry was rolled into 2021 so I’m gearing up for what I hope will be another PR.
Great instructions by coach Steve and I’m looking forward to smash my training for this Marathon. The training peak app is very straight forward once you get familiar and with Steve’s advice
I have purchased and been working through your FULL DISTANCE HALF DISTANCE beginner training programme. It has been brilliant so far, I have been really enjoying it.
I would like to say thank you again for your support. I finished my #7 FULL DISTANCE in personal best 10:05h. The bike course was 5km longer and the transition area was super long. So I believe i would have been sub 10 🙂 I’m very happy with my performance/results.
