Thanks for a great plan I finished in 2:23h 38 – 59 – 41 min. The heat was a bit hard at the end of the run and have to improve my swimming but learned already a lot from your plan
Hi Coach, writing this to thank you for your training plans. Ever since I started using them, I have not struggled in the last 3 races I have done this year!
I cut ten minutes off my time. Your plan [Beginner 8 week Sprint HR based] was great and I’m looking forward to using it again.
Was looking for a plan that would keep me on track and get me back into triathlon training after a few years off. Steve got me back into the swing of things. Super to have someone in your corner to push you to where you need to me.

I’ve been using the training plan for 3 weeks now and love it. I don’t have to think about anything, the explanations are well detailed and it’s easy to follow. Looking forward to finishing it!
When I asked Steve if I could use his logo for my blog he replied yes asked that I share my blog site with him. He had a look at some of my posts and replied his coach senses were tingling. After some coach and athlete banter, we both agreed that based on my goals and this is the first FULL DISTANCE I should move to the intermediate plan.
I have to say it is the best money I have spent!
I'm really happy with my interaction and plans as set out by Coach Moody. I have a unique situation with my limiting schedule, and he was more than accommodating in working out a plan that fit that schedule, but also providing quality results. It also helps that his plans and coaching fit me from a budget standpoint as well. Steven has been coaching me this year and I’ve had a great season – completing the NS for the first time in 4 years, injury free. Thank you for the training plan and your helpful tips and advice throughout, it all paid off and this was my first ever attempt at a full-distance tri in FULL DISTANCE Couer d’Alene in Idaho.
