I bought your Olympic program and completed my Olympic yesterday, in a PB of minus 14 mins, I felt great and was delighted.
I recently completed the 14 week marathon plan for triathletes and ran a PB 4:27 in Indianapolis
After completing a number of HALF DISTANCE’s I reached a plateau in training and was finding it difficult to move forward.
I enrolled in a training program with Coach Steve and after setting my goals he starting providing feedback on a weekly basis on my sessions.
In between I obtained pbs in sprint and Olympic distance.
After postponement of events he changed plan to accommodate my desires.
The result a 5.28 in FULL DISTANCE HALF DISTANCE Turkey at 53 years without any major injuries along the way.
Was Coached by Steve in 2019-2020 for FULL DISTANCE Cork. I started off with relatively little triathlon experience. From the get go I knew Steve was an excellent coach, his daily feedback and training progression over the months were unmatched. I went from feeling like an full-distance was an impossible task to aiming for times which I could only dream of before starting with Steve. One of the Best things about been coached by Steve, was his flexibility, which helped with my line of work. Highly recommend
I’ve never signed up to a structured training plan before.
So for me your plan & the structure & Trainingpeaks is great motivation. Trying to get those boxes to go green keeps me on my toes.
I really like the way the plan is laid out. Eg the swims are normally on the same days of the week, so it’s easier to plan them.
I already feel fitter & stronger than I have in a long time…..so the plan works 🙂
Using Coach Moody’s 40-week intermediate FULL DISTANCE plan, my goals were to: 1) Finish; 2) Not permanently injure myself or die; 3) to not be last; and to hopefully beat 14 hours. All goals achieved. With Coach’s plan, I was able to accomplish something I never thought I could achieve. Total time 13:28

I can’t say enough about how great Coach Steve’s PB Hit squad is! I had been training on my own using his HALF DISTANCE and OLY plans for 2 yrs prior to joining the squad and I wish I had joined earlier because
1 I gained a lot of better insight into how proper testing really impacts training.
2 I didn’t realize how much I was adjusting the plan & hurting my training when on my own
3 The topics covered in the zooms were insightful and Q&A helped me talk through scenarios that worried me

Anyone looking to dip their toe into the world of triathlon and want a coach or a training plan look no further than Steve Moody. As someone on the wrong side of their mid forties and somewhat daunted by the thought of doing a full FULL DISTANCE I contacted Steve and I’m so glad I did. Sorry for delay in posting but just wanted to say a few weeks back I smashed my PB with your intermediate marathon plan – found the race pace sessions had me so dialled in for execution on the day – so will be looking for a new plan for Boston! Thanks Coach Steve
Another HALF DISTANCE race done and would not have been able to finish without the support and guidance of Coach Steve (CS).
I had an injury at the beginning of the year and wasn’t able to run for two months. CS help to tailor my plan to allow for the reduction in running which allowed me to focus on my bike and swim. Before the race I felt in the best running condition of the last 18 months.
Cairns of course made it difficult but I learnt so much.
CS will be there to help me to FULL DISTANCE 2022.
