Just finished a Advanced Olympic training plan having raced last weekend. Definitely the strongest and best prepared I’ve felt going into a race and even though it’s first race back from Coronavirus had a really strong race.
Also had a great response emailing Steve directly with various questions and also had a really clear and helpful feedback.

What a fantastic service. Coach Steve is very responsive and clearly knows his stuff. I purchased a 70.3 training programme which Coach Steve personalised specifically for my training time restrictions, Wattbike and strengths. The program uploaded to training peaks is detailed enough to have some clearly thought out science behind it, yet explained simple enough for me to understand and implement it! Highly recommended – 5 out of 5!
I have been using Coach Steve’s maintenance and race prep plans for 9 months. The plans have been great: easy to follow, clear progression and enjoyable. The icing on the cake has been the quick and thoughtful input I have received along the way – invaluable! I have gone from being a middle-of-the pack finisher to qualifying for the 70.3 Ironman World Championship in St George in my last race. 50+ and getting better. I can highly recommend Coach Steve and his plans.
Just to say many thanks for the 12 week half IM training plan. I completed Dun Laoghaire in 5:54, albeit with the shorter swim. Delighted.

Great training plan for me, brought me to the top of my fitness in June 2021 after only 3 months of efficient training following my base training.
Hello! I am currently training on a 16 week Olympic triathlon plan and loving it.
I did it, I finished my very first Ironman 🥳💪🏽✌🏼
And therefore I want to thank you so much for everything. Without your plan and email support I am not sure if I would have finished it… on top, I did the IM completely (with my buddy) on my own because all race from Ironman were cancelled because of Corona.
In the end my dream came through on 6.9.2020 after 12:19:52 hrs.
