In the past 2 weeks I have set PBs for Watts for 30 and 60 min on the bike, I did my fastest ever 30km on the bike last night (beating my old time by a few minutes, even after running 10km in the stinking hot morning), and I actually feel like a somewhat competent swimmer these days! So overall, I am really happy with the workouts and program in general so THANK YOU!
If you do what this coach tells you, I promise you you will go further, faster and feel better than you did before.
I have previously achieved significant improvements and PBs at 70.3 and full IM. This year I have returned to the Boss and in a very short time I am seeing benefits. I feel motivated to train, and I can’t wait to see what my race results are going to be.

I'm really happy with my interaction and plans as set out by Coach Moody. I have a unique situation with my limiting schedule, and he was more than accommodating in working out a plan that fit that schedule, but also providing quality results. It also helps that his plans and coaching fit me from a budget standpoint as well. I’m on your 10 month Ironman Training plan with my targeted A race as Ironman Copenhagen in August. I’d baked in a few races on the lead up and today I completed the final B race…”Lakesman 1/2″ down in Keswick..my first half ironman distance Tri. Time 5:35:54. For some context last march I did a half marathon in 2:08! Joining your program was honestly the best decision…massive gain in fitness and a fair few pounds off aswell.
