I just wanted to let you know (I’m sorry it’s 7 weeks post-Ironman) that I finished!!! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you answering my questions and for the training program that leads me to success and making me an Ironman!
I started this program having never ran over 6 miles, longest bike was 30 miles. And no swimming. I lagged behind on the swim and running. My fault of course. I enjoyed having the structure of the workouts. I emailed the coach a few times and they are fast to answer any questions! The runs and bikes loaded into Garmin watch. Completed my first Olympic Tri. Would recommend these workouts plans.
I would like to thank you so much for this training plan. My fitness level is beyond anything I could have hoped for, really loving the plan
The plan Steven created for me provided the structure and motivation that was missing when I trained on my own. This made all the difference to my training weeks and was instrumental in helping me reach my race day goal!
Had a great weekend in Cork with Steve and Neill . Very informative weekend and worth every penny . Really gave me an insight as to where I’m at and set my mind at rest in relation to some fears I had about the bike course . Defitily worth the trip . Steve very professional and no question was left unanswered
Steve's plan helped me successfully complete my first 70.3! The plan was manageable and I felt like I was able to move my workouts around as my scheduled allowed. I will be using the plan again to train for my next 70.3. Steve also provided helpful emails throughout the training plan.
The 70.3 training plan from Steve was brilliant and was key to completing my first 70.3. The balance of set training days alongside rest was perfectly balanced and fitted my family/work life without much stress. Steve was great at answering my e-mailed questions almost immediately and I have already been in touch to discuss my next plan for an Ironman Full which shows how good Steve and his plans are! Highly recommend to anyone starting their Triathlon journey!
I used your 40 week Beginner Ironman Program as part of my training for Ironman California because it fitted my personal time and commitment goals..
I met every one of my goals. My goals were to finish, to enjoy the experience, and to come out of it injury free. I finished in 15 hours and 3 minutes…exactly where I wanted to be.
Ironman was a bucket list item for me, and you helped me check that box! If I need another program for any of my other goals, I will be coming back to you!

Gearing up for my first 70.3 in Feb and am enjoying Steve’s program. Very easy to understand and follow and he’s happy to chip in and give in some guidance along the way too! Money well spent.
This program was absolutely crucial to me completing my first half Ironman. As I did not have a lot of free time to dedicate to it, this plan helped make me feel that I was getting every ounce of performance from the effort I put in. It was also great to have Steven so quick and responsive with any questions about training that I had along the way. Had a wonderful time through it all and can’t wait to train for another with my coach by my side!
