The plan Steven created for me provided the structure and motivation that was missing when I trained on my own. This made all the difference to my training weeks and was instrumental in helping me reach my race day goal!
I want to let you know that my son, CJ Hoff, finished his Ironman Wisconsin last weekend. It was brutally cold and wet. Rained all day. He used your beginning plan, originally supposed to be for Texas but had to move to Wisconsin.
He is 18 and this was his first triathlon. He will be heading to Boot camp for the Marines on Monday. The training was a great success and perfect for getting him ready for the military. Thank you!
I used IM training plan, and blown away!!, first of all, is 100% structure!!, all proper cycles and stages for an inteligent and great training are in the plan. Coach Steve is always one email away, he is always available that is a perfect customer service.
Training plan made me delivered so far my best IM as of now. And I will continue using his plans in order to continue improving as I have great and big goals.

Just wanted to say thanks for your advanced Oly training program I enjoyed it and used it for my race this weekend (1500 m lake / 28 mi bike / 10 K run). Fun getting back into it, even if a little more effort beating the “young bucks” now that I am 50 years young/old!

I purchased a 70.3 training programme which Coach Steve personalised specifically for my training time restrictions, Wattbike and strengths. The program uploaded to training peaks is detailed enough to have some clearly thought out science behind it, yet explained simple enough for me to understand and implement it! Just finished your 12-week beginner Olympic plan and had an awesome day out – my swim was way better than expected, the bike had me passing lots of people and I finished the run a little slower than I hoped but my overall time was WAY faster than my target 3 hours (2:48!) – thank you so much!
Should I go straight onto an intermediate plan now? I want to race again soon
I am following the Advanced Ironman Program for my next race, and I am extremely happy with the results. The detailed training plan has helped me to not only improve my fitness, but also my confidence. Steve's timely answers to my few questions have been always very clear to understand. His advice has been key for me to develop my skills and enhance my knowledge. I feel fully prepared for my next Ironman and I would recommend this program to any advanced athlete.

I wanted to say thanks!, simply Thanks! and thank you a lot. I followed mostly the 20 weeks plan for Training for my 70.3 and beat 3 out of my 4 goals.
1. finish under 6 hours – done
2. finish my 13.1 under 2h30 mins – done
3. be in aero for the most part of the bike – done
4. swim under 30 mins – not done but very very close!
I liked everything that you put in the program and although sometimes I was tired, life got in the way, or had other commitments, it was by all means v
