    I used a combination Coach Steve's Beginner 22 week and 46-week plan in my attempt at the first full distance triathlon. I followed the plan 90% of the time and made sure those long ones on the weekend were completed. I took the recovery weeks in the plan seriously. Even if i felt great, i avoided the temptation to go out for a short run or bike. On race day, I am happy to report, i completed the race with a lot of energy to spare. Thank you Coach Steve!

    A huge thanks to Coach Steve for his 40 week IM program. The pace of progression was ideal. It really helped to minimise injury and took me to the best shape of my life. Steve's help and enthusiasm when I had questions made me feel like I was always supported. The result was that I felt like I was 'racing' rather than simply dragging myself to the finish.     Coach Steve is awesome. If you are reading this review because you consider buying one of his plans then stop reading and just buy it now. And if you doubt which plan is right for you, just send him an email to ask for advice. I used his 36 weeks Beginners plan to train for my first Ironman, and everything went as smooth as can be. I got to the start line strong and confident, and to the finish line happy and still strong after a great run.
    Not enough space here for the praise he deserves!

    The 32-week plan (which I followed to a tee, minus a few swims) was truly phenomenal and was instrumental in helping me reach my goal of a sub-12hr (albeit “unofficial”) Ironman finish… (My friend and I mapped out the Ironman course and did it, along with a few other diehards, on the exact date the race would have taken place). The official entry was rolled into 2021 so I’m gearing up for what I hope will be another PR.

    Really impressed with the training so far. I bought my 70.3 Intermediate plan for my upcoming 70.3 (NC) and I have to say, I’m impressed.

    In 14 weeks I have raised my FTP from 198 to 243, I have improved my Time Trail Swimming from 2:10 to 1:42 and all because I have followed as close as possible (with life commitments) the plan from Coach Steve.

    He does know what he is talking, he is super approachable and you can ask questions when in doubt, ask for guidance. He is great!

    I used the beginner Olympic training plan for my first ever triathlon.Coach Steve's guides, YouTube videos, and carefully mapped out training plan, which flexed with my own HR/training zones through the Training Peaks app, made it clear what my goals around every event should be. I felt his training plan was foundational to my success – I exceeded my goal time and had a blast doing it. I will come back to him for any future training plans!
