Steve is an experienced coach. He has a thorough understanding of training peaks and how to interpret the data so if you are using TP then Steve can help you to leverage the information to provide more insights. I used Steve's plan for my 1st HALF DISTANCE and finished it injury free in the time as trained and planned.
Really impressed with the training so far. I bought my HALF DISTANCE Intermediate plan for my upcoming HALF DISTANCE (NC) and I have to say, I’m impressed.
In 14 weeks I have raised my FTP from 198 to 243, I have improved my Time Trail Swimming from 2:10 to 1:42 and all because I have followed as close as possible (with life commitments) the plan from Coach Steve.
He does know what he is talking, he is super approachable and you can ask questions when in doubt, ask for guidance. He is great!
This is my 2nd time using a plan from Awesome Coach Steve. The first time around, the plan guided me to exceeding my goal in my first 140.6 distance. As someone who has experienced his fair share of injuries, I was thrilled that this plan kept me injury free! Other important points:

I presented Coach Steven with a unique challenge of being time deficient and only had limited opportunities to train each week. And those times changed often. He worked to constantly adapt to my timings while also getting the most out of the time available. I found this adaptability and ability to these challenges a commendable skill. Coach Steven also had an excellent ability to keep me focused on either the week ahead or on the FULL DISTANCE process, as required.
I purchased this Intermediate plan for my first FULL DISTANCE. I had previously done a HALF DISTANCE; for the HALF DISTANCE I made my own plan and struggled with overtraining. I felt this plan was just what I needed it to be, it provided a good structure, will a repeatable pattern, a steady build complemented by rest weeks. By the time my race came, I made a prediction table; due to my extensive training, my prediction was very accurate for each discipline. I recommend getting a training plan if its not your 1st.
I started my first IM training plan with Coach Steve a few weeks ago. He provided helpful advice prior to my decision to sign up. Since then, he has been very responsive and helpful with troubleshooting and sorting our workout plan details. I look forward to continuing my plan under Coach Steve!

After self-coaching for a few years, I decided to put some purpose and organization into my FULL DISTANCE training, signed up with a plan from Steve, and am very impressed with the layout and attention to detail in the plan. Steve also responds to questions quickly and addresses the issues immediately. I also have a shift pattern work schedule which he helped me figure out.

I used one of Steve's 2 month marathon training plans following IM Cork HALF DISTANCE. The plan also included bike and swim. At no point did I feel like I was overtraining or being pushed over my limit. Steve was quick to respond to any questions I had. Highly recommended.
I’m so glad I found your plan to help me accomplish my goal of completing my first triathlon this year. With no prior triathlon experience, I signed up for the Timberman HALF DISTANCE which was held on 9/18/22. I signed up for this race in late 2021. In January, I purchased this plan – INTERMEDIATE HALF DISTANCE 32 week plan includes email access to Coach, reusable, HR based and got started in February.
