I had been trying to beat my 5km Personal Best for a couple of years when I was recommended to contact Coach Steve about a training plan. I signed up for a 12 week plan and 4 weeks in I’ve already broken my PB. I’m excited now to see just how far I can go over the next 8 weeks. I would highly recommended Coach Steve if your serious about smashing your goals.

When you finish your first FULL DISTANCE running and energized like this, I call it a success! I reached out to Coach 5 months ago asking whether I can pull it off after a 10 month hiatus from training and very little time available. Guess what, he had already a plan for this! It was deeply meaningful to me to finish an IM and a great feeling to do it not only with no pain whatsoever, but.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I bought my first training plan. I didn’t even really believe Coach Steve would actually email me promptly and answer my concerns. But, I needed a plan and his fit me. Not only did his plan lead to me finishing 21 minutes under goal time, but he always was there to answer any question I had. I was so thrilled with his plan that I have purchased one of his HALF DISTANCE plans and have great confidence it will again lead me to success.
I recently completed the 14 week marathon plan for triathletes and ran a PB 4:27 in Indianapolis
Your plan really assisted me in my training. I especially enjoyed the fact that the workouts loaded to my Garmin watch and then told me what Zone to be in. The drag-and-drop calendar was great helping to move sessions around.
My fitness improved dramatically, and I lost 26lbs in weight which was an achievement in itself!
I feel a bit cheated (with cancelled swim) as I cant really say I have done a HALF DISTANCE but enjoyed the training and would definitely recommend
Steve is a legend!! Received my personalised training plan for my 1st HALF DISTANCE and it looks class, he’s blended existing sessions with other coaches. Each session gives pointers and tips for best performance. Feeling very motivated as I start out on my triathlon journey!!
