I have completed 2 half distances and on full IM & would highly recommend this plan. It's logical, easy to follow, and really gets you to enjoy the process of getting to the start line with the confidence that you are in the great shape to complete the event. I used IM training plan, and blown away!!, first of all, is 100% structure!!, all proper cycles and stages for an inteligent and great training are in the plan. Coach Steve is always one email away, he is always available that is a perfect customer service.

The 32-week plan (which I followed to a tee, minus a few swims) was truly phenomenal and was instrumental in helping me reach my goal of a sub-12hr (albeit “unofficial”) Ironman finish… (My friend and I mapped out the Ironman course and did it, along with a few other diehards, on the exact date the race would have taken place). The official entry was rolled into 2021 so I’m gearing up for what I hope will be another PR.
Very thankful to Steve for putting together a plan for me to help make sure I’m ready to go for Ironman Cork 2022! Definitely come to Steve if you’re looking for something similar. The turnaround time was super quick and the plan is very thorough. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Just a big old thank you for the recent PB in my latest 70.3! Got over a little panic attack in the swim (partly thanks to the advice on the visualisation to help me get my mind in the game – mainly down to me MTFU ;-)) , smashed my bike and held it together for the run! Coach Steve and his Olympic plan are awesome!!! I improved by almost 20 percent from my last race, which was only 6 months ago. I rode the bike leg faster than I've ever ridden a bicycle, and my swim was the strongest ever. I emailed Coach multiple times during the program and he was superbly responsive. This race was such a phenomenal experience and Coach Steve and his program aided immensely in that. I would recommend his programs to any triathletes of all levels without hesitation.
