Just want to give a big thanks to Steve. Completed the Dublin marathon at the weekend with a 4 minute pb that I’ve been trying to beat for the last 4 years. Followed his 4 month marathon focused triathlon plan. Trust the plan and the results will come.
This year I had a successful season thanks to the corona virus. I was even 3rd at the Czech FULL DISTANCE Championships and I improved my maximum

My training for the Peach Classic Olympic distrance tri went very well. I felt so prepared and fit coming into my race thanks to following your training plan. I have never felt so ready and confident for a race. I ended up winning second in my age group, and as it was a provincial championship race, I got a podium moment, a medal, and a prize bottle of wine. I will definitely try another training plan next year!

I completed the HALF DISTANCE Base Plan and found it excellent. For me the biggest benefit was having the structured workouts and understanding what I was trying to achieve with each session. I could see myself progressing each week which helped with motivation. I also joined the PB Hit Squad and found this very useful. The weekly Zoom calls have allowed me to improve my triathlon knowledge which will help with the season ahead.
Great program – easy to follow with links for drill demonstrations. Of course the programming isn’t easy….but if you are training for a long distance it probably shouldn’t be 😉
The scientific structured training approach using data has been excellent.
The coaches feedback is vital in understanding how all of the insights work together to improve performance.
Steve was very knowledgeable and kept things interesting. The program helped me to get a better understanding of my zones for training and I enjoyed being able to get advice on upcoming events.
I have just purchased your 12-week plan HALF DISTANCE base/maintenance plan and am really looking forward to it as the plan itself is very clear and well structured. Will keep you posted how I get on.

The fact you replied so quickly to all my emails with great advice was a huge factor in me successfully completing my first FULL DISTANCE. I could definitely have done better on my run but I was delighted with my time and really just the fact I finished! The fact I feel great this week and am only in pain due to losing 2 toe nails shows how well my training worked
I started my first IM training plan with Coach Steve a few weeks ago. He provided helpful advice prior to my decision to sign up. Since then, he has been very responsive and helpful with troubleshooting and sorting our workout plan details. I look forward to continuing my plan under Coach Steve!
