    Coach Steve’s plan helped me to have a great Oly distance race. While it wasn’t my first tri, my event marked my return to triathlon after a period of time away. I found his plan to be well crafted, easy to integrate into a training routine, and it proved, for me, to be nearly the perfect plan by meeting my overall triathlon and lifestyle needs.     Was delighted to see what improvements your 24 week Inter Oly plan had earned me – was touch and go for a while to see if the race would go ahead – but man, when it did … I was not disappointed = 2 min PB on the swim, 14 PB on the bike and 5 mins on my run … felt strong the entire way (ok maybe not in the last 2km of the run … LOL)

    Thank you, coach. The run is where I felt the best. I followed your mantra, tighten the core, lean forward, and take a step. Felt wonderful the whole way thru the run. I must say, I followed your plan to 90% of it and started the day with a 15hr goal for a first timer and I am thrilled I hit it with room to spare! And all this was with just a TP plan with no interaction on a weekly basis. I am sold 🙂 .. I think those that have access to you often are going to crush their races

    I really do appreciate your help with my strength training! It’s difficult to find a healthy balance with strength training and triathlon training. I know I need strength and conditioning to rehab my body and prevent me from getting injured further, but I also don’t want my muscles to be too sore or tired to perform in key endurance sets or races. This plan is easy to understand, well thought out, and conducive to strengthening your body to complement your normal endurance training. All exercises are ones that will benefit you in the sport, rather than just going to the gym and throwing weight around.

    Another 70.3 race done and would not have been able to finish without the support and guidance of Coach Steve (CS).

    I had an injury at the beginning of the year and wasn’t able to run for two months. CS help to tailor my plan to allow for the reduction in running which allowed me to focus on my bike and swim. Before the race I felt in the best running condition of the last 18 months.

    Cairns of course made it difficult but I learnt so much.

    CS will be there to help me to Ironman 2022.

    I reached out to several coaches in July 2021 and Steve responded with not only the plan he would recommended, but also the encouragement I, a total noob needed to follow through! I went by his program and not only did I finish my first triathlon, but came in 3rd in my age group! I just signed up for an IRONMAN 70.3 and will definitely be going with Couch Steve for my training plan!
