My Kona Qualification is a joint achievement by me working with Coach Steve. He took a chance on me almost 4 years ago when the only thing going for me was relentless consistency. I hired Steven to bring more structure and direction to my training, as I had been racing for a few year but not achieving the results I wanted. After a meeting with Steven to discuss my goals for the year, he created a clear plan focusing on the races I wanted to do. I got a detailed plan allowing me to see what was ahead in the next few weeks taking into account personal and work commitments. Steven even managed to update my plan on the fly to accommodate my unpredictable working environment. Steven zoned in on and focused on my run weaknesses and without letting my biking or swimming slide, Steven pushed me to achieve multiple PB’s. I enjoyed the constant monitoring my workouts and commenting with support or a kick start when needed. Steven is a pleasure to work with and makes the whole training planning seem so easy.
Thank you for helping me not only refind my training Mojo during all the COVID cancellations but also emerge from it a stronger biker than before…. your base sessions kept me motivated and challenged! Now onto IM Bolton in 2022!
Signed up for my first IM which was due to take place in August 2021. Although the race itself was canceled, some friends and I decided to do the IM distances ourselves in June. Admittedly I cut the training short by 2 months but with that said I was still more then prepared and breezed through the swim, bike and run. I can't say enough good things about the program and when it comes Coach Steve himself, he is always on hand with speedy email responses and a wealth of knowledge!
What a fantastic service. Coach Steve is very responsive and clearly knows his stuff. I purchased a HALF DISTANCE training programme which Coach Steve personalised specifically for my training time restrictions, Wattbike and strengths. The program uploaded to training peaks is detailed enough to have some clearly thought out science behind it, yet explained simple enough for me to understand and implement it! Highly recommended – 5 out of 5!

I just finished your BEGINNER Olympic 12-week training plan and finished my first triathlon yesterday (had a flat tyre though so had to walk to T2) but felt really strong and still finished my run with a good tempo. Your training plan definitely helped me achieve that!
I have worked with Steve from sprint races to HALF DISTANCE distance. Steve provides excellent planned out programmes and provides detailed feedback to ensure you are making progress and know your numbers for race day.

Plans are detailed and easy to follow and Coach Steve´s support is exceptional. Could definitely see and feel improvement even halfway through the program.
