Almost a week after Ironman Italy and am on Cloud 9 still.
Just wanted to say thank you so much for all the support.
Managed the race in 15:25 which was 35 min below my target.
Don’t think I would have done so well without your plan.
I purchased a plan on TrainingPeaks from Steve for my first Ironman race coming up later this year and so far am very impressed with its structure, variety, and detail.
Steve has also been very quick to respond to any queries or questions I have.
I will definitely be recommending him to friends looking for good quality, structured coaching

Another 70.3 race done and would not have been able to finish without the support and guidance of Coach Steve (CS).
I had an injury at the beginning of the year and wasn’t able to run for two months. CS help to tailor my plan to allow for the reduction in running which allowed me to focus on my bike and swim. Before the race I felt in the best running condition of the last 18 months.
Cairns of course made it difficult but I learnt so much.
CS will be there to help me to Ironman 2022.
This is my first time using a Coach’s training plan, the plan is easy to understand and structured which helps a lot for my novice brain. Really enjoying it so far and quite surprised at how responsive Steve is to queries and resolving any issues. I have a feeling I will be coming back to Steve after my first 70.3 to work on my next one
Just finished your 12-week beginner Olympic plan and had an awesome day out – my swim was way better than expected, the bike had me passing lots of people and I finished the run a little slower than I hoped but my overall time was WAY faster than my target 3 hours (2:48!) – thank you so much!
Should I go straight onto an intermediate plan now? I want to race again soon
A wonderful training plan that fits in with my busy work lifestyle. The sessions are well prepared and well thought of with many little bits of advice along the way. The guidance will get you through to race day leaving you with much confidence, meaning you only need to remember to bring your kit! The author is very approachable and helped me pick out the right plan for me and went out of his way in doing so. I am very appreciative of that and would certainly recommend Steve to everyone. Coach Steve’s training package helped me to perform better than I ever thought possible in the 2017 West Australian 70.3 ironman. I went from being a middle of the pack finisher to finishing in the top 20% in my age group by following his intermediate 12 week plan on Training Peaks. I actually enjoyed the whole training period and went into the event feeling confident and strong. The plan was easy to follow with full detailed sets and is incredible value for money. The swim sets are particularly great with enough variety to keep it interesting. I’ve come back for another training program this year and Steve has been awesome answering my emails, almost in real time conversation. Highly recommended!
I’m excited to report with the help of Coach Steve’s 70.3 14 week, Intermediate level HR based training plan, I was able to finish my 70.3 race debut in 5:29 which was 30 MINUTES faster than my goal! I am thrilled with my results and can’t thank Coach Steve enough for his advice and wonderful (and very affordable) training plans! Can’t wait for the next race!

The 70.3 training plan from Steve was brilliant and was key to completing my first 70.3. The balance of set training days alongside rest was perfectly balanced and fitted my family/work life without much stress. Steve was great at answering my e-mailed questions almost immediately and I have already been in touch to discuss my next plan for an Ironman Full which shows how good Steve and his plans are! Highly recommend to anyone starting their Triathlon journey!
