The plan you recommended worked great for me. Especially being a noob! I will definitely be looking at another plan, thinking of upping my game to a HALF DISTANCE!!
My triathlon was last weekend and I came in 3rd in my group, master clydesdale.
Just want to give a big thanks to Steve. Completed the Dublin marathon at the weekend with a 4 minute pb that I’ve been trying to beat for the last 4 years. Followed his 4 month marathon focused triathlon plan. Trust the plan and the results will come.
From the first session with your marathon plan, I was absolutely hooked! The way your programming synced to my watch and the explanations of each session really engaged me in my training.
Initially, my goal was simply to finish the marathon. But I had a secret goal towards the end of running it in under 4 hours… I finished my marathon yesterday in 3:57 and I could not be happier. I did it!!!!

Just completed the HALF DISTANCE and FULL DISTANCE Cork training weekend. An excellent course with good information on how an full-distance event works, what to expect on the day and nutritional info. Also guided swim plus guided cycle of the full 90km route and run route. Would definitely recommend for any full-distance newbies or anyone wishing a race reckkie

Just a big old thank you for the recent PB in my latest HALF DISTANCE! Got over a little panic attack in the swim (partly thanks to the advice on the visualisation to help me get my mind in the game – mainly down to me MTFU ;-)) , smashed my bike and held it together for the run! I will be in touch re the next challenge – FULL DISTANCE Barcelona in 2022!

Can't get my shit together can't get motivated or maybe I should say can't get motivated without a kick in the arse from coach Moody who never gives up on me.
Coach Moody adjusts and readjusts my programme to where my head is at while all the time giving me a reason to stay with it when I want to just Jack it all in .
I would most certainly be in a worse head space without coach sticking it out with me .

Gearing up for my first HALF DISTANCE in Feb and am enjoying Steve’s program. Very easy to understand and follow and he’s happy to chip in and give in some guidance along the way too! Money well spent.

Steve is a great coach, extremely responsive and sets a plan that will work for you! I seen my fitness increase way more during his plan than when I was creating my own. Would highly recommend!
I found Steve’s training plan originally on training peaks, and have used these training plans to get me to FULL DISTANCE UK and FULL DISTANCE Portugal this year, Steve advice, experience and guidance enable me to finish FULL DISTANCE Portugal in a time that I could originally only dream of. Steve webinars on YouTube and really helped prepare for the races, preparing me for what to expect on race day, the training plan was easy to follow and gave me accountability ensuring I was ready for race day.
