My training for the Peach Classic Olympic distrance tri went very well. I felt so prepared and fit coming into my race thanks to following your training plan. I have never felt so ready and confident for a race. I ended up winning second in my age group, and as it was a provincial championship race, I got a podium moment, a medal, and a prize bottle of wine. I will definitely try another training plan next year!
I hope you have an amazing summer and thanks again for your great program!
Thank you Coach, Seville Marathon was a good race for me and came from 3:52 to 3:39.
PB !!!
Super easy to follow base plan. Would recommend for anyone between races or looking to structure their off season.
I found Steve’s plans on Training Peaks as I was looking for an experienced and quality coach after signing up to my first FULL DISTANCE. I was delighted the level of service I received. The amount of detail he included was exactly what I was looking for. Its extremely comprehensive and nothing is left to chance. He was very responsive and attentive (I had about a million questions), with nothing being too much trouble. Training went to plan and I was delighted with the time I achieved. Thanks Steve!
Super motivator and extremely well tailored plan for my individual needs ! Always on the email and phone when advice needed ! Get involved with Mr.Moody !!
I finished my first Ironman at IM Texas with a time of 15:29! Overall fantastic experience! Thank You!
Absolutely loving your beginner IROMAN plan ..loving the structure..loving the endorphins…loving seeing progress…just loving life really!!…
Highly recommend Coach Steve’s plans. Found the Olympic plan affordable, well structured, easy to follow and its also reusable. Had a great race day! Also really great practical advise on the youtube channel.

Used the Olympic plan, from no experience and managed to finish my first triathlon, in a much better time than expected, thanks to Steve!
I have just purchased the 70.3 plan and look forward to the journey
Had to start from scratch in my triathlon career andCS was recommended to me by a friend. He has been awesome from start to finish – "No such thing as a stupid question – unless you ask it too late" to quote the man himself … he is patient, detail-focused and seems to give a shit! I already have completed my first sprint and standard distances and am thinking long next year… all possible due to CS – thank you so much (p.s. I also beat the friend who recommended CS to me – first time ever)
The Chevron Houston Marathon last Sunday January 11th went well.
I planned for a 3:20 marathon and was able to land a 3:20:04.
Thanks a lot, the 12-week plan helped a ton.
Actually it made the difference training/workout wise.
Thanks again for you program.
I reach my objective which was under 3 hours : I complete it in 2:57.36.
I really enjoyed my first 1/4 ironman, and it gave me hints on where I can / have to improve.
