I did it, I finished my very first FULL DISTANCE 🥳💪🏽✌🏼
And therefore I want to thank you so much for everything. Without your plan and email support I am not sure if I would have finished it… on top, I did the IM completely (with my buddy) on my own because all race from FULL DISTANCE were cancelled because of Corona.
In the end my dream came through on 6.9.2020 after 12:19:52 hrs.

Was nervous training for my first tri – but emailed Coach with some questions and soon was on his beginner sprint plan – it was much less confusing then – I followed the instructions and get more and more confident as I did – and before I knew it 12 weeks later I was a triathlete! Thanks CS
Steve makes exercise enjoyable. I look forward to my next session every day. Steve's experience is very reliable. My overall well-being is greatly improved. The triathlon is secondary to the overall benefit of being coached by Steve. My wife loves what he has done to me. A word of warning, don't eat doughnuts during your interview.
Yesterday I raced in the Nepean Triathlon in Sydney. This race is Australia's oldest triathlon, celebrating its 40th anniversary.
I had a good race, coming 3rd in AG with a course PB!
Thank you, coach. The run is where I felt the best. I followed your mantra, tighten the core, lean forward, and take a step. Felt wonderful the whole way thru the run. I must say, I followed your plan to 90% of it and started the day with a 15hr goal for a first timer and I am thrilled I hit it with room to spare! And all this was with just a TP plan with no interaction on a weekly basis. I am sold 🙂 .. I think those that have access to you often are going to crush their races

Coach Steve’s HALF DISTANCE training plan not only got me to the finish line on my first HALF DISTANCE FULL DISTANCE event, but managed to prepare me well enough to beat my expected 6 hours by 22 minutes!
Will most definately stick to SMart Endurance for my next event.

I presented Coach Steven with a unique challenge of being time deficient and only had limited opportunities to train each week. And those times changed often. He worked to constantly adapt to my timings while also getting the most out of the time available. I found this adaptability and ability to these challenges a commendable skill. Coach Steven also had an excellent ability to keep me focused on either the week ahead or on the FULL DISTANCE process, as required.
I loved this program. It fit really well with my non-triathlon life and I really noticed an improvement in my fitness. The workouts were well structured and included a suitable amount of recovery time.

I was looking for a long-term FULL DISTANCE training plan. Only coach Steve offers such a program (48 weeks, shorter ones are also available). Before purchasing the plan I asked him which plan would be better for me (There are advanced, intermediate, and beginner plans). Steve took the time to understand my fitness level and needs, before recommending a plan (intermediate). He was also very responsive and answered all my questions rapidly and in detail: He not only provides you an answer but also explains why he gave that answer, which is very useful. The plan itself is well thought and the workouts are clearly explained which is important to perform them efficiently.
I highly recommend coach Steve. Knowing that you can count on an expert is highly motivating.
