Just finishing up one of your excellent FULL DISTANCE base training plans – FTP up by 10% from start, completed the run test 20 secs faster per km than when I started – feeling strong!!! Thank you Coach Steve …. so now lets talk full plans!!! 😉

I’ve tried a few different plans in the past & Steve is most def a coach who listens & will be sure to identify what your base, strengths and weaknesses are to come up with a solution that works best for you. Steve is open to adjust the plan & offers advice when life gets in the way. A lot to be said for a SMart plan that works around your life & the goals you’ve set for yourself no matter how challenging they are.
I am about 1/2 way through my 44 week FULL DISTANCE triathlon training program and I have been really enjoying it. I am new to triathlon and a number of year past my life as a football player so the program has provided both good structure and easy to follow workouts that have helped me already make a lot of great strides. I have had a few questions along the way and Coach Moody has always been quick to respond and given me personally tailored responses, to which I am thankful for. Unfortunately, with COVID my races have been postponed/cancelled, but I have no doubt that the plan will get me there once races are back on as the plan has already helped increased my speed and endurance across the board.
I’m really loving the plan and it’s been a help confidence wise in my training. Thanks again!

I am entering the second week of the beginner 12 week Olympic distance triathlon plan. Really enjoying it so far.
As someone who needs structure to my training I found working with Steve invaluable. Constant feedback helped keep me focused and when I was unfortunate to pick up an injury we worked together to ensure training was back on track.
Thank you sooo much for the HALF DISTANCE plan!!! It was perfect. I questioned the taper weeks so so little to do but day before race my garmin actually said peaking. I was recovered and fresh. I PR’d my HALF DISTANCE on same course I did last year first week of December. Attached is photos from garmin for PR proof:). Thanks again. Love your plans.
I’ve trained and raced alongside Coach Steve for the past two years and he always brings a lighthearted sense of humour to sessions while at the same time being clearly dedicated to improving his own and others performance. His dedication to the sport of triathlon is second to none and since signing up to SMart Endurance Steve has been both helpful and professional and has provided me with a HALF DISTANCE training plan that suits my needs and experience.
