I would like to say thank you again for your support. I finished my #7 FULL DISTANCE in personal best 10:05h. The bike course was 5km longer and the transition area was super long. So I believe i would have been sub 10 🙂 I’m very happy with my performance/results.
Steven set me up with my first HALF DISTANCE training plan back in 2015 and I haven’t looked back since. He designed a structured, balanced and personalized plan that enabled me achieve all my goals and far more!

Thank you so much for all your support and advice while I have been training. The fact you replied so quickly to all my emails with great advice was a huge factor in me successfully completing my first FULL DISTANCE. I could definitely have done better on my run but I was delighted with my time and really just the fact I finished! The fact I feel great this week and am only in pain due to losing 2 toe nails shows how well my training worked

I have just purchased your 12-week plan HALF DISTANCE base/maintenance plan and am really looking forward to it as the plan itself is very clear and well structured. Will keep you posted how I get on.
The plan is very useful and practical ,its my first time doing a training plan with training peak , and its very good.
Just back from an excellent training camp on the full-distance cork course hosted by coach Steve and Niall , very informative and great attention to detail, despite some challenging weather managed to get some solid training done, have a bit of craic and pick up some very useful tips, couldn't reccomend these camps enough !!!!

I started in September with a training program of 14 weeks with 5 sessions per week. I followed everything as faithfully as possible and learned a lot from it. I already knew that I enjoyed variety, but there were some new training forms in there for me. I also found out that training at a very low heart rate really works.
I crossed the finish line in 2:07:26. Definitely a successful weekend.
The plan you recommended worked great for me. Especially being a noob! I will definitely be looking at another plan, thinking of upping my game to a HALF DISTANCE!!
