I really liked your trainig plan for my HALF DISTANCE this year. I have the intermediate 30 week plan. The transformation I have done through over the last several months is astounding!
Steve is a great coach, extremely responsive and sets a plan that will work for you! I seen my fitness increase way more during his plan than when I was creating my own. Would highly recommend!

I have done yours 36week beginner full-distance plan and reached some good results that I am happy about. 2 months ago i finished HALF DISTANCE in 5h8min and two days ago my first FULL DISTANCE Copenhagen in 11h19min. It has been hard at the beginning to stick to the plan, but then i worked very well and I had better understanding what and why I am doing that
Knocked out my first HALF DISTANCE this morning. Came in a little over 10 minutes under my goal of 5:30. Next to the training plan, Coach Steve’s webinar on nutrition and fueling was the most helpful tool for me. Couldn’t have had a better day thanks to all the tools and info available.

I did it, I finished my very first FULL DISTANCE 🥳💪🏽✌🏼
And therefore I want to thank you so much for everything. Without your plan and email support I am not sure if I would have finished it… on top, I did the IM completely (with my buddy) on my own because all race from FULL DISTANCE were cancelled because of Corona.
In the end my dream came through on 6.9.2020 after 12:19:52 hrs.

When you finish your first FULL DISTANCE running and energized like this, I call it a success! I reached out to Coach 5 months ago asking whether I can pull it off after a 10 month hiatus from training and very little time available. Guess what, he had already a plan for this! It was deeply meaningful to me to finish an IM and a great feeling to do it not only with no pain whatsoever, but.

As a first time triathlete, I can definitely recommend the training plans of Steve. Over the last 6 months I’ve tried to do everything myself, but couldn’t see the wood for the trees. Which zone calculator to use? Which sessions actually work? How make sure not to undertrain? How not to overtrain? Steve’s training plans are straightforward and take all that guesswork out of it. Big bonus: the extremely fast responses to emails (24/7 it seems, do you even sleep?!) really help with all the little details that you usually just gloss over and provide even more peace of mind during training. All in all highly recommended!

I have done 2 FULL DISTANCE races and both occasions I have used FULL DISTANCE training plans from Coach Steve.
His plans are well thought out and are crafted to fit into the hectic schedule of family life while at the same time getting you fit and ready to take on the race. I found Coach Steve very obliging and helpful whenever I had questions or just needed a little encouragement.
The biggest compliment I can pay is that I’ll be back to him when planning another FULL DISTANCE.
