I started using the beginner FULL DISTANCE program from Steve and found it to be extremely helpful and saw my fitness improve dramatically since then I have moved onto the advanced FULL DISTANCE program from Steve and have managed PB’s in all three disciplines. Steve has always be approachable via email with any questions and responds quickly. I now have 4 programs by Steve across FULL DISTANCE and HALF DISTANCE distances. Just finished your 12-week beginner Olympic plan and had an awesome day out – my swim was way better than expected, the bike had me passing lots of people and I finished the run a little slower than I hoped but my overall time was WAY faster than my target 3 hours (2:48!) – thank you so much!
Should I go straight onto an intermediate plan now? I want to race again soon
Steve is an excellent coach with the right balance between knowing when to push and when to ease off. Steve has a wealth of knowledge derived from extensive triathlon experience which enables him to create the ideal tailored training plan to suit the individual athlete’s needs.
It is a big added bonus that he is also a very nice guy so it’s easy to take orders from him.
I couldn't recommend Smart Endurance Solutions more highly. I am currently undertaking their over 50's HR based intermediate full-distance training plan after having completed their base building/maintenance plan earlier in the year. I have found both plans to be enjoyable , rewarding and have seen fantastic results. Progress has been steady and each stage has fitted my age and fitness profile perfectly. I have found communication and advice extremely helpful.

I competed in the FULL DISTANCE HALF DISTANCE Lubbock over the weekend.
With Coach Steves plan I was able to finish in 05:22. I had a flat tire and a stuck chain which took 15 minutes off my bike time.
I was still able to shave off 50 minutes of my previous HALF DISTANCE time in Lubbock, and I know for sure that Coach Steves well structured plan played a big role in my PR.
I even got my spot for the FULL DISTANCE HALF DISTANCE World Championship in St. George in September.

I found Coach Steve’s training programme very useful and highly effective to reach and go further than what my goals were. The programme is easy to follow and having the the ability to converse with Steve on matters to do with training is a huge benefit. Can highly recommend Steve and his expertise!
The plan you recommended worked great for me. Especially being a noob! I will definitely be looking at another plan, thinking of upping my game to a HALF DISTANCE!!
My triathlon was last weekend and I came in 3rd in my group, master clydesdale.
The plan has worked great and fitter that I’ve ever been coming into the race this Sunday.
