I'm really happy with my interaction and plans as set out by Coach Moody. I have a unique situation with my limiting schedule, and he was more than accommodating in working out a plan that fit that schedule, but also providing quality results. Being able to swim, bike and run, albeit for really short distances, I signed up for IM Ireland giving myself 8 months of training with a plan from Steve starting mind January.
Of all the items used during training and on race day Steve’s plan was one that gave me a huge return on investment over everything else. Without it I would have been training blind and I am confident I would not have completed the day.

I completed the Dublin Marathon based off your training plan from June.

Easy to follow plan. I owe a great deal of gratitude to Coach Steve who was always there to answer any queries. Was surprised to see how the plan managed to have me peak right on race week. Likewise, i was pleased that the plan was solid enough to compensate for all the sessions I had to miss as life and health got into the way.
Just finishing up your 8 week triathlon specific S&C plan – in previous seasons I always tended to end up injured when the running volume built up due to weak claves … but this year – before the real intense stuff starts – must admit I am feeling almost bullet proof – thank you Coach S

Coach Steve Moody is a great FULL DISTANCE Triathlon coach on Training Peaks. He is extremely accessible on email when I’m struggling. He takes the time to respond and adjust my workouts. I really appreciate the way he has tailored a training plan, especially for 50+-year-old athletes. Another thing that has helped me is the fact that Coach Steve has written a plan for 48 weeks compared to other plans that are only for 36 weeks or less. His plans use heart rate and power. I like how I can jump on my indoor bike and all I have to do is go to Zwift and Coach Steve’s Training Peaks workouts are automatically there for me! His plans are affordable, reusable, and effective.
