I really liked the construction of the plan and how I could adapt it to my personal life. The team is great and answers quickly.
For me, a triathlon coach is somebody who not only produces training plans and feedback, but one who encourages one to be your best, to reach your true potential, and treats you equally no matter where you are at in the sport be it a beginner or category 1 triathlete. Steven Moody, definitely ticks those boxes. It has been such a great 11 months, that the journey will continue into 2019 to achieve some more goals!
Very grateful to Steve for the HALF DISTANCE beginner 30 week plan, tailored to my desire to improve my swimming while also getting ready for my first HALF DISTANCE race in August. It seems to be very comprehensive, i’ve gone for the heart rate option, and really appreciate Steve’s availability by email to answer queries, tweak plan etc. Fantastic value for money. I’ll be adding on his S&C sessions to it which are designed to integrate naturally. Set my start date for mid January so good motivation for the NY.
I am liking the strength training program for triathletes. I purchased it last week and it’s been a lot of fun

Really enjoyed the plan it really suited my work life balance, feeling fitter and stronger.
I started in September with a training program of 14 weeks with 5 sessions per week. I followed everything as faithfully as possible and learned a lot from it. I already knew that I enjoyed variety, but there were some new training forms in there for me. I also found out that training at a very low heart rate really works.
I crossed the finish line in 2:07:26. Definitely a successful weekend.
I couldn't recommend Smart Endurance Solutions more highly. I am currently undertaking their over 50's HR based intermediate full-distance training plan after having completed their base building/maintenance plan earlier in the year. I have found both plans to be enjoyable , rewarding and have seen fantastic results. Progress has been steady and each stage has fitted my age and fitness profile perfectly. I have found communication and advice extremely helpful.
