Steve is a great coach and a great guy. I was coached for my first full distance race with him in Barcelona. A real coach that cares for his athletes. When I do another full distance race Steve will be my first port of call.

I purchased a 16-week marathon training
program from you with the intention of running the Cork city marathon.
Sad as I was that the race was canceled a few weeks into training I
decided to keep going with the intention of running the marathon
the distance on the day of the race regardless.
I decided to run a marathon a week early on Sunday just passed. Having
never ran a marathon I wasn’t sure what time I would be able to achieve
and set a goal of sub 3:15. Feeling good on the day I pushed on and
finished in a time of 3:06:35.
I followed your program never missing a session other than having to
cut a week out towards the end. I found it extremely helpful and
informative and would never have achieved my time or managed to stay
injury-free without it. I would certainly recommend you to others and
hopefully will use more programs from you in the future.”
Coach Steve & I have been working together for a number of years, Steve has been invaluable in my ability to train & complete races. I competed in the FULL DISTANCE HALF DISTANCE Lubbock over the weekend.
With Coach Steves plan I was able to finish in 05:22. I had a flat tire and a stuck chain which took 15 minutes off my bike time.
I was still able to shave off 50 minutes of my previous HALF DISTANCE time in Lubbock, and I know for sure that Coach Steves well structured plan played a big role in my PR.
I even got my spot for the FULL DISTANCE HALF DISTANCE World Championship in St. George in September.

I am a first-timer. Your plan has helped me so much
I completed the HALF DISTANCE Base Plan and found it excellent. For me the biggest benefit was having the structured workouts and understanding what I was trying to achieve with each session. I could see myself progressing each week which helped with motivation. I also joined the PB Hit Squad and found this very useful. The weekly Zoom calls have allowed me to improve my triathlon knowledge which will help with the season ahead.
I reached out to several coaches in July 2021 and Steve responded with not only the plan he would recommended, but also the encouragement I, a total noob needed to follow through! I went by his program and not only did I finish my first triathlon, but came in 3rd in my age group! I just signed up for an FULL DISTANCE HALF DISTANCE and will definitely be going with Couch Steve for my training plan!

Joined the IM HALF DISTANCE programme in May 23 for my first ever IM Goa HALF DISTANCE. The programme helped me so much and enhanced my stamina and strength for all three disciplines nospecially Bike part. Finished the event with full of energy and smile on face.
