The (FULL DISTANCE BOLTON) course is brutal and the wind made it even worse, but it’s done now. It’s been a perfect training plan it worked and worked amazing around my life with uni. Honestly it’s been an amazing plan
Coach Steve is awesome. If you are reading this review because you consider buying one of his plans then stop reading and just buy it now. And if you doubt which plan is right for you, just send him an email to ask for advice. I used his 36 weeks Beginners plan to train for my first FULL DISTANCE, and everything went as smooth as can be. I got to the start line strong and confident, and to the finish line happy and still strong after a great run.

I have done 2 FULL DISTANCE races and both occasions I have used FULL DISTANCE training plans from Coach Steve.
His plans are well thought out and are crafted to fit into the hectic schedule of family life while at the same time getting you fit and ready to take on the race. I found Coach Steve very obliging and helpful whenever I had questions or just needed a little encouragement.
The biggest compliment I can pay is that I’ll be back to him when planning another FULL DISTANCE.
Awesome plan, really seeing the gains as I go into the build phase of the plan, Steve responds quickly to emails while also providing interesting information along the way, will buy from Steve again 5 stars from me.

I competed in the FULL DISTANCE HALF DISTANCE Lubbock over the weekend.
With Coach Steves plan I was able to finish in 05:22. I had a flat tire and a stuck chain which took 15 minutes off my bike time.
I was still able to shave off 50 minutes of my previous HALF DISTANCE time in Lubbock, and I know for sure that Coach Steves well structured plan played a big role in my PR.
I even got my spot for the FULL DISTANCE HALF DISTANCE World Championship in St. George in September.

I just finished my first HALF DISTANCE after following Coach Steve's HALF DISTANCE plan. While I started off pretty nervous about the whole idea the plan helped me build confidence over time. Even when I got hit with Covid near the end of my build phase Coach Steve helped me re-organize my plan and push through to the end. I'm not the fastest athlete out there but Coach Steve's plan gave me the confidence to push myself to run hard and strong right through the end. Thanks Coach!
Breast /lung Cancer from 2018 to 2020 chemo/radation 5 surgeries, COVID 3weeks before cork,3 kids working full time ,on the bucket list HALF DISTANCE, everyone thought I was nuts, Steve didn't he believed in me and made me believe in myself, while it didn't work out on the day and I missed cut off for bike , I got thick and did my own 21 k ,just didn't cross that line , Steve has given me my confidence back, I can't recommend him enough, cork HALF DISTANCE 2023, 💪💪💪💪
With this time I became 4th in my AG (36 woman) AND I won a slot for the IMHALF DISTANCE WC in St. George End of October! What a great success

I purchased your HALF DISTANCE plan for beginners on training peaks and I have really been enjoying it! The workouts and structure seem awesome!
I bought the 24 week Olympic training plan and it has exceeded my expectations.
Not only are the workouts clearly defined in Training Peaks with usefully notes, but the additional support via email has been excellent. Any issue or concern I had was quickly responded to with a helpful answer.
I bought the plan with hopes of a PB and ended up knocking 10% off my overall time 🙂
