The (IRONMAN BOLTON) course is brutal and the wind made it even worse, but it’s done now. It’s been a perfect training plan it worked and worked amazing around my life with uni. Honestly it’s been an amazing plan
Just back from an excellent training camp on the ironman cork course hosted by coach Steve and Niall , very informative and great attention to detail, despite some challenging weather managed to get some solid training done, have a bit of craic and pick up some very useful tips, couldn't reccomend these camps enough !!!!
Steve’s training plans are really well tailored by event, duration, ability and age-group. Following his plan has made a step change to my training. Even though there has been no formal racing of late, I have seen continuous improvements in training ‘test sessions’ and virtual races. It has also been reassuring to have email access to Steve when the questions / doubts / second-guessing can creep in.

I like your training for 50+ people, I feel I am recuperating better, I was doing another training plan but I like this one better. Feeling stronger every day.
In the past 2 weeks I have set PBs for Watts for 30 and 60 min on the bike, I did my fastest ever 30km on the bike last night (beating my old time by a few minutes, even after running 10km in the stinking hot morning), and I actually feel like a somewhat competent swimmer these days! So overall, I am really happy with the workouts and program in general so THANK YOU!
Steve has been nothing short of brilliant. The initial consultation was thorough which gave me utter confidence in choosing the right plan. The plan itself was incredibly easy to follow with plenty of reading to keep me well informed. This all gave me the perfect springboard to smash my PB at the 70.3 distance. The Training plan you have done out for me is going really well. Pushing me harder than I have ever gone but my fitness is flying up. Thank you very much.
The structure is the game changer. I started with a decent level of fitness but absolutely no clue on how to advance. The personal program with excellent feedback from Steve all ultimately made me a sub 3 marathoner. Can't recommend enough and as a bonus, Steve is just a nice guy. Genuinely one of the best coaches in the country now and his accolades speak to that.

can feel the improvement from all three sports.
Was looking for a plan that would keep me on track and get me back into triathlon training after a few years off. Steve got me back into the swing of things. Super to have someone in your corner to push you to where you need to me.
