Steve I’ve just completed Dublin City Marathon and the 16 week plan I got from you for it more than delivered. It was my first marathon and hit 3:35 which for someone who wouldn’t class themselves as a runner isn’t s bad start! The plan was very easy to follow and I know with my new targets in my head the plan will help to (hopefully) hit those too.

Thanks for a great plan I finished in 2:23h 38 – 59 – 41 min. The heat was a bit hard at the end of the run and have to improve my swimming but learned already a lot from your plan
Having struggled over the last couple of years with injuries, health issues and the big 6 0 fast approaching I was close to retiring from any type of training. Then I came across Steve via Social Media and after a few E Mail conversations his enthusiasm and encouragement relighted the tri passion in me. Currently 13 weeks into a HALF DISTANCE 50+ plan which is easy to follow and understand and with Steve's quick responses to any E Mail queries is as good as having a 121 coach.
