“Hi Coach Steve,
I did it, I finished my very first Ironman
And therefore I want to thank you so much for everything. Without your plan and email support I am not sure if I would have finished it... on top, I did the IM completely (with my buddy) on my own because all race from Ironman were cancelled because of Corona.
In the end my dream came through on 6.9.2020 after 12:19:52 hrs.
I am very happy and my legs are dead now

“ In the past 2 weeks I have set PBs for Watts for 30 and 60 min on the bike, I did my fastest ever 30km on the bike last night (beating my old time by a few minutes, even after running 10km in the stinking hot morning), and I actually feel like a somewhat competent swimmer these days!
