    Anyone looking to dip their toe into the world of triathlon and want a coach or a training plan look no further than Steve Moody. As someone on the wrong side of their mid forties and somewhat daunted by the thought of doing a full Ironman I contacted Steve and I’m so glad I did. Steve was supportive, generous with his time ,very knowledgeable and always eager to help.In addition he regularly provides you with helpful hints to keep you motivated and on track with your training.     As a beginner to both TrainingPeaks and using a coach, I was thoroughly impressed with how simple and (so far) effective Coach Steve’s plan is. I’m quite hot on hitting the right sessions at the right intensity to be able to be the best athlete I can come race day and Coach Steve’s method has allowed me to be rested for the hard sessions and spent enough after to enable strong benefits through recovery. Steve has also been very helpful with answering any questions/suspicions I may have in using my data, planning for the race, and choosing the right plan. I’m currently about halfway through my race plan, and already itching to get going!

    I started this program having never ran over 6 miles, longest bike was 30 miles. And no swimming. I lagged behind on the swim and running. My fault of course. I enjoyed having the structure of the workouts. I emailed the coach a few times and they are fast to answer any questions! The runs and bikes loaded into Garmin watch. Completed my first Olympic Tri. Would recommend these workouts plans.

    15 months without racing but I can honestly say that Coach Steve's plans keep me motivated day in day out. Recently we discussed and changed my training regime from IM to Olympic distance training. Yep, due to this bad worldwide situation my IM dream is on hold for the time being. I m honestly more confident as an athlete thanks to Steve's base training and yeah I m so ready and pumped to race!

    Just wanted to say a huge thanks for the IM course and question-answering service!

    I started one of your 10 month IM training programmes back in October shortly after doing my first marathon. Today I ran the Inverness half marathon as my first B race and smashed my PB @ half marathon by 7.5mins at 1:46:28…felt like I still had some in the legs at the end. I ran the same course last march in 2:08 before I started all the training
