Recently attended a Cork training camp with Steve Moody and Mark Rushby. An excellent weekend, the two lads couldn’t do enough to help , tips on course strategy , nutrition , transitions and course specific advice to name but a few. They went above and beyond to help everyone of all abilities and done it with a smile. Couldn’t recommend these lads highly enough for anyone wishing to attend a coaching camp look no further than Steve and Mark.. thanks for all your help lads

I have seen many different types of leaders in my day – be that soldiers on the front line when I was serving with the United Nations Peacekeeping forces or business owners pulling their people through our recent economic turmoil – some bluff there way and some even falter but then there are those like Steve who just have it, who walk the talk and lead by example. His hard work and dedication forces you to raise your standards and when you are too tired to see this, he inspires you directly with daily and positive encouragement to stay the course and keep on keeping on. He reminds you of that ever so important WHY!! The WHY that gets you out of the bed at 5am to bike in the rain for endless hours. See, he to has that WHY and thats what drives his dedication, to better his craft, to learn more so he can do more and most importantly, give more.
When I first met Steve – yes, I could technically swim and yes, I owned a bike but I had NO business asking someone to get me injury free to the start and finish line of Ironman Barcelona – and in just four months!!
I started using the beginner Ironman program from Steve and found it to be extremely helpful and saw my fitness improve dramatically since then I have moved onto the advanced Ironman program from Steve and have managed PB’s in all three disciplines. Steve has always be approachable via email with any questions and responds quickly. I now have 4 programs by Steve across Ironman and 70.3 distances. Thanks a lot Steve for helping me become better and more importantly faster!
I was looking for a long-term Ironman training plan. Only coach Steve offers such a program (48 weeks, shorter ones are also available). Before purchasing the plan I asked him which plan would be better for me (There are advanced, intermediate, and beginner plans). Steve took the time to understand my fitness level and needs, before recommending a plan (intermediate). He was also very responsive and answered all my questions rapidly and in detail: He not only provides you an answer but also explains why he gave that answer, which is very useful. The plan itself is well thought and the workouts are clearly explained which is important to perform them efficiently.
I highly recommend coach Steve. Knowing that you can count on an expert is highly motivating.
Great thanks to Steve for immersing myself in successfully-finished triathletes.
For example in the Russian market is dominated by plans from Nonames. Prices bite, and the plans are created according to standard selling templates, without confirmation of the coaches ‘ expertise. There are a lot of such offers on training peaks. On the contrary, Steve’s plans show a huge experience as a coach and athlete. The plans themselves are simple, transparent, and perfectly structured. Before choosing, I wrote to the coach, he warned me about the difficulties, explained the requirements for me as an athlete. He checked my plans for adequacy and then gave me all the necessary recommendations. This only confirmed my desire to follow his plan.
When I got sick during training, the coach gave instructions on how to adjust the training to compensate for the loss of form.
For the little correspondence that we had during the training, Steve has shown himself to be a very nice person, and training athletes for him is more than just earnings. He plans to invest in themselves and their knowledge.“
Steve makes exercise enjoyable. I look forward to my next session every day. Steve's experience is very reliable. My overall well-being is greatly improved. The triathlon is secondary to the overall benefit of being coached by Steve. My wife loves what he has done to me. A word of warning, don't eat doughnuts during your interview.
Just finishing up your 8 week triathlon specific S&C plan – in previous seasons I always tended to end up injured when the running volume built up due to weak claves … but this year – before the real intense stuff starts – must admit I am feeling almost bullet proof – thank you Coach S
Coach Steve’s IRONMAN training plan was very practical and worked well for me.
Coach Steve’s plan looks very simple at first, but after a few weeks of execution, I found out that it worked for me, my muscle endurance continued to increase, I felt happy and accomplished,
Hey Coach
Almost a week after Ironman Italy and am on Cloud 9 still.
Just wanted to say thank you so much for all the support.
Managed the race in 15:25 which was 35 min below my target.
Don’t think I would have done so well without your plan.
I am using coach Steve's intermediate 20 week plan to prepare for this season. Every session is super easy to follow, when loaded into TrainingPeaks they sync with my watch which is great! If I do have a question I can email Steve, and he's always quick to respond with clarifications and encouragement :-). My power has increased on the bike, and I have PB'd a local 10k race already in the build up to the season. Highly recommend getting one of these plans. I am going get a70.3 plan next
Steven has provided me with a wonderful 70.3 plan, and has incorporated my request to also include preparation for a marathon earlier on next year. I look forward to working with Steven over the coming months, and am really impressed with his guidance so far. Thanks Steven!
thank you for the 70.3 plan I am loving it 😊
