    I am following the Advanced Ironman Program for my next race, and I am extremely happy with the results. The detailed training plan has helped me to not only improve my fitness, but also my confidence. Steve's timely answers to my few questions have been always very clear to understand.     I can’t say enough about Coach Steve and his training plans!
    I’m only 5 weeks in to my 32 week beginner Ironman training plan and
    have already seen huge improvements in my fitness…especially my
    running! At the start, 4 km seemed like a hurdle but now I’m easily
    running 7-12 km 3+ times a week. It took me months to reach those kind
    of distances when I was training for a half several years back.

    On top of the great plans, Coach Steve has been incredibly accessible
    and has helped to move around my workouts to work with my crazy
    schedule and my fitness level…it’s been super helpful knowing that
    there’s someone there to help and build a bit flexibility into the
    program, rather than just skipping workouts all together.

    I’m really just getting started and already have a ton of confidence
    in my ability to make it across the finish line. I would highly
    recommend SMart Endurance Solutions and Coach Steve

    I presented Coach Steven with a unique challenge of being time deficient and only had limited opportunities to train each week. And those times changed often. He worked to constantly adapt to my timings while also getting the most out of the time available. I found this adaptability and ability to these challenges a commendable skill.     The combination of this training program and access to coach Steve is invaluable.

    The first time I trained for an Ironman 70.3 I just found a workout on the internet. It worked, but that’s it.

    Being able to bounce questions off of Steve throughout the training has been a major confidence boost for me. I feel like I’m actually doing things the right way now! And it’s more fun to have a friend encouraging you along the way!!

    15 months without racing but I can honestly say that Coach Steve's plans keep me motivated day in day out. Recently we discussed and changed my training regime from IM to Olympic distance training. Yep, due to this bad worldwide situation my IM dream is on hold for the time being. I m honestly more confident as an athlete thanks to Steve's base training and yeah I m so ready and pumped to race!

    Steve organised a fantastic weekend, steve along with Mark covered the swim, bike and run courses, advice on transitions, nutrition, fuelling on the go. Plus advice on training on lead up to the event. Couldn't ask for more for a triathlete to newbie Ironman competitor. Have the confidence compete on race day, bring it on!
