    I started my first IM training plan with Coach Steve a few weeks ago. He provided helpful advice prior to my decision to sign up.     Thank you sooo much for the 70.3 plan!!! It was perfect. I questioned the taper weeks so so little to do but day before race my garmin actually said peaking. I was recovered and fresh. I PR’d my 70.3 on same course I did last year first week of December. Attached is photos from garmin for PR proof:). Thanks again. Love your plans.

    I'm doing my 5th full IM this year – IMCA and chose Coach Steve's plan as I liked the longer duration and the 50+ training plan – 2 weeks hard, 1 lighter week. I had a complication tho as I'm doing the St George 70.3 WC in mid Sept then have 2.5 weeks of travel between St George and IMCA. Coach Steve came up with a revised plan that allowed for my race, recovery, travel and then enough key workouts to be ready for IMCA.
    A great job, very responsive and I highly recommend him as a Coach!

    I hired Steven to bring more structure and direction to my training, as I had been racing for a few year but not achieving the results I wanted. After a meeting with Steven to discuss my goals for the year, he created a clear plan focusing on the races I wanted to do. I got a detailed plan allowing me to see what was ahead in the next few weeks taking into account personal and work commitments. Steven even managed to update my plan on the fly to accommodate my unpredictable working environment. Steven zoned in on and focused on my run weaknesses and without letting my biking or swimming slide, Steven pushed me to achieve multiple PB’s. I enjoyed the constant monitoring my workouts and commenting with support or a kick start when needed. Steven is a pleasure to work with and makes the whole training planning seem so easy.

    If you do what this coach tells you, I promise you you will go further, faster and feel better than you did before.

    I have previously achieved significant improvements and PBs at 70.3 and full IM. This year I have returned to the Boss and in a very short time I am seeing benefits. I feel motivated to train, and I can’t wait to see what my race results are going to be.
