Hey Coach, just want to say a massive thank you for the training plan and guidance over the last couple of months, absolutely world class! Yesterdays half marathon was another PB and I actually went faster than my recent 10 mile PB. At 42, I thought my days of breaking records were well and truly over. Thank you, sir
Made the most of lockdown with your base training plan and emailed advice – coming out the other side stronger and faster (on bike and run anyhow!) – just need to work out my race schedule for next year but I will be in touch for a full plan! Thanks Steve
I just bought your training peaks strength training plan. I like how you structure things – this will help me enormously
What a fantastic experience!!!!
I’m a normal athlete , 42 yr old , married man and two small kids … basically new into triathlon. But It was my dream to complete an IM70.3 , after reading many reviews, decided to purchase a plan with Coach Steven Moody , and what a fantastic experience it has been, the flexible plan and the continuous support made my dream come true … The plan was balanced and accommodating to my schedule with work/family… and I was able to complete my first 70.3 Ironman
I can’t say enough about Coach Steve and his training plans!
I’m only 5 weeks in to my 32 week beginner Ironman training plan and
have already seen huge improvements in my fitness…especially my
running! At the start, 4 km seemed like a hurdle but now I’m easily
running 7-12 km 3+ times a week. It took me months to reach those kind
of distances when I was training for a half several years back.
On top of the great plans, Coach Steve has been incredibly accessible
and has helped to move around my workouts to work with my crazy
schedule and my fitness level…it’s been super helpful knowing that
there’s someone there to help and build a bit flexibility into the
program, rather than just skipping workouts all together.
I’m really just getting started and already have a ton of confidence
in my ability to make it across the finish line. I would highly
recommend SMart Endurance Solutions and Coach Steve
I had been trying to beat my 5km Personal Best for a couple of years when I was recommended to contact Coach Steve about a training plan. I signed up for a 12 week plan and 4 weeks in I’ve already broken my PB. I’m excited now to see just how far I can go over the next 8 weeks. I would highly recommended Coach Steve if your serious about smashing your goals.
Training to a plan built by someone who knows what they’re talking about has made a huge difference. For me having the structure outlined by Steven was motivating, but more importantly it has improved my enjoyment of racing and without-doubt has improved my times. I have had sprint and olympic PBs already this season and with Dublin 70.3 on the horizon I am confident of a PB at that distance too.
On week 2 of the training and loving it, definitely feeling an improvement and know that my goal will be reached by the end of the plan. Also had a couple of questions in the beginning like most people do when starting a new plan and my questions were answered instantly which was great
I haven't signed up yet but have been chatting through social media and I'm super excited to find my next 70.3 or Olympic distance Tri to train for, and hoping to sign up with Smart Endurance Solutions. Seems like an amazing value and at very reasonable price points! Happy training 🙂
I’m on your 10 month Ironman Training plan with my targeted A race as Ironman Copenhagen in August. I’d baked in a few races on the lead up and today I completed the final B race…”Lakesman 1/2″ down in Keswick..my first half ironman distance Tri. Time 5:35:54. For some context last march I did a half marathon in 2:08! Joining your program was honestly the best decision…massive gain in fitness and a fair few pounds off aswell. I just wanted to say thanks again, Steve.
Couldn't be happier with my IRONMAN training plan. Very easy to follow from a beginner's point of view
I have seen many different types of leaders in my day – be that soldiers on the front line when I was serving with the United Nations Peacekeeping forces or business owners pulling their people through our recent economic turmoil – some bluff there way and some even falter but then there are those like Steve who just have it, who walk the talk and lead by example. His hard work and dedication forces you to raise your standards and when you are too tired to see this, he inspires you directly with daily and positive encouragement to stay the course and keep on keeping on. He reminds you of that ever so important WHY!! The WHY that gets you out of the bed at 5am to bike in the rain for endless hours. See, he to has that WHY and thats what drives his dedication, to better his craft, to learn more so he can do more and most importantly, give more.
When I first met Steve – yes, I could technically swim and yes, I owned a bike but I had NO business asking someone to get me injury free to the start and finish line of Ironman Barcelona – and in just four months!!
