“Yesterday I did the 1/2 IM Liuzhou and came second in my age group (65-69) in a great time(for me) of 5.39. I missed a Kona spot by 7 minutes but got the spot of 1/2 Nice world championships in September. I am thrilled!!!
Anyway, you deserve a lot of the credit for a training plan that got me to Nice and Kona isn’t dead yet so THANK YOU”Dan Kelly 15th April 2019
“Hi Coach Steve,
I did it, I finished my very first Ironman
And therefore I want to thank you so much for everything. Without your plan and email support I am not sure if I would have finished it... on top, I did the IM completely (with my buddy) on my own because all race from Ironman were cancelled because of Corona.
In the end my dream came through on 6.9.2020 after 12:19:52 hrs.
I am very happy and my legs are dead now

“Thanks again for your responses, its refreshing to speak to a coach who seems to care about what the athlete is purchasing”JOhn H 24th July 2020
“Great thanks for Steve for immersing myself to successfully-finished triathlets.
For example in the Russian market is dominated by plans from Nonames. Prices bite, and the plans are created according to standard selling templates, without confirmation of the coaches ' expertise. There are a lot of such offers on trainingpeaks. On the contrary, Steve's plans show a huge experience as a coach and athlete. The plans themselves are simple, transparent, and perfectly structured. Before choosing, I wrote to the coach, he warned me about the difficulties, explained the requirements for me as an athlete. He checked my plans for adequacy and then gave me all the necessary recommendations. This only confirmed my desire to follow his plan.
When I got sick during training, the coach gave instructions on how to adjust the training to compensate for the loss of form.
For the little correspondence that we had during the training, Steve has shown himself to be a very nice person, and training athletes for him is more than just earnings. He plans to invest in themselves and their knowledge.”Ilia S 30th Aug 2020
“"The 32-week plan (which I followed to a tee, minus a few swims) was truly phenomenal and was instrumental in helping me reach my goal of a sub-12hr (albeit "unofficial") Ironman finish... (My friend and I mapped out the Ironman course and did it, along with a few other diehards, on the exact date the race would have taken place). The official entry was rolled into 2021 so I'm gearing up for what I hope will be another PR."”Marc Z 19th Oct 2020
