I have been a triathlete/runner for over 20 years (Ironman PB 9:40, 70.3 PB 4:48, and marathon PB of 2:48) and  I know from experience how satisfying it is to achieve your goals.

When I found myself feeling the same sense of satisfaction from helping my club mates achieve their goals – it became clear that coaching was something I was destined for and I quit my corporate job to become a full-time coach.

I found that based on my unique mixture of experience, scientific/data driven approach and interpersonal skills – I was able to help athletes of all levels

Current qualifications

Whilst I always maintain a select group of 1-2-1 coached athletes (“The squad”) – I deliberately focused on creating training plans that would increase my reach to help athletes across the globe.

In this, I have used all of my experience/qualifications and ongoing learnings to create training plans that are structured, easy to use and challenging enough to  stretch an athlete to their next level. I also pride myself on responding to athletes with any questions they have during their training journey.

As a result, my rewards have come in various forms – including winning Triathlon Ireland Coach of the Year in 2017 but what I value the most is the feedback from guys/gals who have achieved their personal goals with my help – this is what keeps me motivated.

But don’t take my word for it – click here to read a selection of testimonials from the satisfied athletes I have worked with.

Sounds what you are looking for? Great – don’t delay – click here to browse my catalog of over 600 plans or drop me an email if you have questions on how I might help.

Hopefully I can help you achieve a lifetime goal

Coach Steve

The greater danger for most of us lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low, and achieving our mark.
